Shafaq News / Prince Muhammad bin Salman bin Abdulaziz, Crown Prince of Saudi Arabia, discussed with Mustafa Al-Kazemi, Prime Minister of Iraq, the importance of raising the production efficiency of oil production processes and benefiting from the Kingdom's leadership in this.

This came during a phone call made by Prince Mohammed bin Salman with "Al-Kazemi", today, Sunday, according to the Saudi News Agency.

During the call, they discussed the "Green Middle East" initiative announced by the Crown Prince, which aims, in partnership with the countries of the region, to plant 50 billion trees as the largest reforestation program in the world.

They also reviewed the benefits of the project for the region and the world, the most important of which are facing environmental challenges and improving the quality of life there, in addition to achieving a reduction in global carbon levels.

The Iraqi Prime Minister blessed this initiative, stressing that he would work with the Kingdom and support his country for everything that achieves this initiative's goals.
