Economic expert Diaa Al-Mohsen confirmed, today, Tuesday, that the paragraph of sovereign guarantees within the Federal Budget Law has passed political pressure.

Al-Mohsen said during his speech to the Al-Sumaria newsletter, "The paragraph of sovereign guarantees within the budget passed through pressure from effective political forces in the House of Representatives, and influential businessmen."

And, and that "many of the fake projects for which sovereign guarantees were given have caused great problems for Iraq," stressing that "granting sovereign guarantees does not result in a constitutional breach, but it causes many problems."
