Hi all,

According to Charlie Ward, the budget has been approved in Iraq and they are already changing at 1 to 1 rates in Iraq but according to Fleming 7 days delay. So who is right? Anyone has any contacts in Iraq to validate? I truly believe its time we all do our parts to verify and validate the information provided here. Somehow majority of updates provided are false. Are they meant to be deliberately false and fiction like?
