The General Secretariat of the Council of Ministers reviews the draft bylaw for establishing the Institute for Preparing and Qualifying Administrative Leaders

The Diwaniya Order Committee (35 of 2020) reviewed the draft bylaw. To establish the Institute for Preparing and Qualifying Administrative Leaders in the General Secretariat of the Council of Ministers.

Prof. Muayad Yousef Al-Saadi, Chairman of the Committee, indicated that the establishment of the institute comes in response to the government's vision of building specialized cadres in the administrative field through intensive training programs that qualify them scientifically and skillfully, in addition to providing them with the necessary practical experience to occupy high positions in the state.

He added that the draft bylaw that will be submitted to the General Secretariat of the Council of Ministers for the purpose of presenting it to the State Council after the approval of the Secretary-General of the Council of Ministers has been subject to extensive reviews and studies by relevant government agencies among them (30) experts in various fields to develop the final form of the system, the most prominent of which is related to the aspect of the law. Constitutional and administrative law, as the system is based on international foundations and standards.

It is noteworthy that the Diwani Order Committee (35 of 2020) included in its membership representatives of the General Secretariat of the Council of Ministers and a number of academics from universities (the Middle Technical Euphrates, Baghdad, Dhi Qar, Al-Qasim Al-Khadra University, and the Central Technical University), and these universities were assigned the tasks of preparing all the necessary supplies To start work at the Institute for Preparing and Qualifying Administrative Leaders.
