Planning: the job number system ensures that the employee does not receive more than one salary

On Sunday, the Ministry of Planning revealed the details of the employment number system, confirming that it will ensure that the employee does not receive more than one salary.
Undersecretary of the Ministry Maher Hammad said in a statement reported by the official news agency "Conscious" and seen by "Al-Iqtisad News", that "the ministry, represented by the Central Bureau of Statistics, is working to activate the employment number system," indicating that "the system includes that every person receives financial salaries from the state." Whether it is retired or an employee, and even holders of contracts, daily wages, and the social protection network, a job number is linked to the salary outputs, the details of which are available at the Ministry of Finance.
He added, "After that, the information intersects, and everyone who receives salaries from the state becomes identified with a job card that includes his number, sequence, job grade, salary and all other details," stressing that "this system will prevent the recurrence of salary distribution and ensure that the employee does not receive more than one salary from the state."
He pointed out that "the ministry has started working with this system and has approached the ministries through the Central Bureau of Statistics, which will take over the task mainly," indicating that "the ministries have been handed over about two million numbers to complete the other identification procedures, after which they will be checked and matched by the Ministry of Finance with all networks. ".
He pointed out that "all procedures will overlap one with the other, and no one can receive a salary from more than one place."
Hammad stressed that "this system does not include the Kurdistan region, pointing out that the region must express an intention to enter this system if they want to deal with the state with credibility."
He pointed out that "he headed a delegation from the Ministries of Planning, Finance and Labor to Egypt, to review the e-governance project," stressing that "it was observed that there are government files at very advanced distances, where they have a knowledge job, a service council, and they have infrastructure and facilities."
