{Erbil: Al Furat News} The head of the Iraqi coalition, Mr. Ammar al-Hakim, called the Kurds to a realistic national project, urging the Kurdistan region to show flexibility in the pending files with Baghdad regarding the financial budget files, oil, border crossings and others.



In his speech on the occasion of the Iraqi Martyr's Day in Erbil, Mr. Ammar said, “We meet again with great pride, in the beloved city of Erbil, to celebrate together (the Iraqi martyr's day) the martyrdom of the martyr of the immortal mihrab, Grand Ayatollah Muhammad Baqir al-Hakim, may God be pleased with him."

He added, "Our presence in the glorious Kurdistan, with its capital Erbil, the city of martyrs and militants, to celebrate this painful memory with our friends, families and ancient Kurdish people, who consoled us at the stations of our family, political and social history ... is an eloquent message in the depth of this extended national historical relationship."


"We stand here to recall together the life stations of those patriotic leaders who fought and struggled for the rights of their people, upholding the word of their homeland, and achieving justice, independence, stability and prosperity for their country."


Mr. Ammar al-Hakim explained that "the martyr of the immortal mihrab, Mr. Muhammad Baqir al-Hakim and the late great Kurdish leader, Mullah Mustafa Barzani, were not only Shiite or Kurdish leaders, but they were Iraqi leaders who fought and fought from their positions and from the depth of their societies in order to fulfill the rights of their people with all their nationalities, religions and sects."


He continued, "We find this evident in their speeches, words, and biographies, as we find it firmly rooted in their movement, march and eternal writings. We always quote the late leader, Mullah Mustafa Barzani, in his saying:" If love for the nation is a crime, then I am the master of the perpetrators. "He also said:"

 We in our revolution seek good first. For the Arabs, and then for the Kurds and the rest of the Iraqi people (Turkmen, Assyria, Armenians and everyone who is on this land). "

Mr. Ammar al-Hakim pointed out that "these are profound words that only come from a national leader who is aware of the requirements of his time, the needs of his people and the requirements of his country's success. They are the same sayings that were repeated by the martyr of the immortal mihrab and his father, the supreme reference, His Eminence, the late Imam Mohsen Al-Hakim, may God be pleased with them, when they were defending On the rights of the Kurds, not only as Kurds, but also as Iraqis and their own citizens, and they have the rights and duties of others.


He said, "Free peoples are proud of their symbols, leaders, martyrs, scholars, and elites, not only in love and in honor of their personalities and personalities, but also in their minds and their social, political and national movements, and following the example of their sacrifices and the stances and achievements they made."


The head of the Iraqi coalition stressed, "We cannot build an independent, stable, and prosperous Iraq without strong, dear and free Iraqis, with all its components that feel reassured, respectful, and just, and proud of their belonging to one land, history, state and nation, and a common path and destiny, which is pride in their sub-identities and their national, social and religious peculiarities." .


"We all passed through Arabs, Kurds and Turkmen, Shiites and Sunnis, Muslims and Christians, Yazidis and Sabeans, through painful and cruel stages in the modern history of our country, which left their psychological, material and emotional effects on all our societies and pushed them to constant concern and concern for their destinies, their future and their people," he added.


He added, "But our leaders were not stopped by hardships, nor were they confused by misfortunes, and events did not push them one day to retreat and frustration, despite the precious sacrifices they made for the loss of family, loved ones, comrades and supporters, reaching to them and the proud souls and pure blood they offered."


Mr. Ammar Al-Hakim stressed, "We must emulate our leaders in completing their national march and unite efforts to chart a safer, more peaceful, more balanced and strong future for all components of our country, in a way that drives them to be proud of their Iraq, their country, and their unifying national identity."


He stressed, "It is imperative for us all not to rely on the painful past, so we must overcome its accumulations and fatal effects with a different present and a better future that we can make with our intertwined hands and responsible conscious minds."


Sayyid Ammar al-Hakim said to the Kurds: “As your brother and a sincere friend, he never lied to you and did not spare you any victory. I invite you frankly and clearly to renew the covenant and promise together that we will be as we were throughout our history as one hand to complete the process of building the Iraqi state and the Iraqi nation, and present a successful model for our people. And for future generations, on the basis of the unity of soil, blood and history, as well as struggle, jihad and a common destiny. "


He added, "We have shared in the past, the blood and tears to liberate our people from the tyranny of tyranny and dictatorship, and we must share today the discourse and the project to ripen our democratic experience and build the modern and just state of Iraq in which we all enjoy citizenship rights, dignity and a common will."


He called for "to create a stubborn Iraqi dream that includes the dreams of all the original components of the country, a sincere dream that brings the dreams of Arabs, Kurds and Turkmen together in a realistic and renewed national project, to strengthen its results and enjoy all its benefits," noting that "our country is rich in its multiplicity and diversity, with its enormous human and material resources, and the table of Iraq." It accommodates all its children to enjoy its riches and blessings, and this requires a serious and collective will with a new social and political contract that draws the features of a stable and secure future for all. It preserves the rights of all and strengthens their position in their homeland.


He pointed out, "The artificial gaps or those that have occurred and occur from time to time between Arabs and Kurds due to pressures, challenges and emergency circumstances must dissipate and disappear, through a joint and solid Iraqi (Kurdish Arab Turkmen) speech, calling for citizenship, the collective identity, the Iraqi nation and higher interests. For the country. "


He continued, "Let us close the doors and windows in the face of extremism, extremism and tension from all sides, and open a white Iraqi page, in which we line our common concerns and address our urgent crises and create through it a project that transcends components, which includes us on its sides and paves us all of the strength and resilience of a strong Iraqi state that includes a strong Kurdish region and Iraqi provinces Strong and dignified, as approved by the constitution. "


And he went on to say, "We learned from the pages of dictatorship and terrorism that the more we unite we win together, and the more we are divided, we lose all of us, without discrimination, and this includes lessons and lessons, and our martyrs, blood and sacrifices are one, and this unity must push the Arabs to defend the Kurds and push the Kurds to defend the Arabs, and with this spirituality and discourse. We can overcome all difficulties, troubles and challenges. "


He stressed that the "Problems of security, economy and foreign policy must push us towards a comprehensive dialogue and serious and establish a new, efficient and conscious of the equation is the following that
axes: that Iraq 's security is indivisible, and what affects Baghdad affects everyone, and what affects Erbil, center , or the south affects
everyone. We must all work to strictly and completely control security in all regions of Iraq, and
Mr. Ammar al-Hakim declared, "his strong condemnation of the recent destructive missile attacks in the city of Erbil that affect the security of Kurdistan and Iraq together."


He pointed out that "the Iraqi economy needs an integrative triad, represented by {unifying the vision, unifying resources, and equitable distribution}. We cannot accept the outdated and rigid rentier economic plans, and we affirm that financing the general budget of Iraq is everyone's responsibility, as everyone lives on it. All Iraqis are equal in Rights and duties as stipulated in the constitution. "


He explained, "Here I do not speak in the language of slogans and emotions, but rather in the language of comprehensive and satisfactory solutions for all. Let us make our security and our economy unified, and we will see how everyone will have their legitimate and satisfactory rights."


And he believed that "the annual interactions and negotiations over the budget, oil and border crossings have become frustrating annual obstacles for the Iraqi, Arab and Kurdish citizens who are anxiously awaiting the fate of his livelihood, livelihood and economic security."


He called for "a comprehensive and fair financial and economic agreement with Baghdad that ends the debate permanently through clauses that preserve the rights of everyone, remove sensitivities, and define the responsibility of all parties. Mr. Ammar al-Hakim addressed the Kurds and regional officials, saying, "Give us solutions and flexibility to stand with you with greater strength, logic and flexibility, and we help you and defend you everywhere."


He called "in foreign policy to keep Iraq away from any tensions, liquidations and interference, with the necessity of openness to everyone and dialogue with everyone, to create a safe and stable environment for our people and all peoples of the region."


He said, "I bet a lot on the wisdom and insight of the region’s leaders, in the forefront of which is the brother President Masoud Barzani, who represents the best successor and the best leader for the best predecessor and leadership, and we hope that he will help and stand with us as always, on one front, which is the united, united, strong, independent, and prosperous front of Iraq."
