The Ministry of Communications set, in the third quarter of this year, the date for the operation of the "international access portals" project.

"The actual operation of the access gates project will be in the third quarter of this year," the ministry said in an interview with the Iraqi News Agency and followed by "Al-Iktissad News".

 
She added that "the access portals aim to filter the websites and Internet content and block the invalid ones," noting that "joint technical committees to develop accurate technical specifications for the Internet exchange points project."
