The Secretary-General of the Council of Ministers directs the relevant authorities to simplify the procedures for the investment process

The Secretary-General of the Council of Ministers, Mr. Hamid Naeem Al-Ghazi, directed the relevant authorities to simplify the administrative and technical procedures for investment projects in all governorates and to form a team to view the target sites in the field and provide advice and final recommendations for the purpose of approval.

He also urged, during his presidency of the meeting of the committee in charge of following up investment projects, the State Real Estate Department, to mobilize its efforts to conduct a field survey of developments in the targeted areas and allocate plots of land for the purpose of initiating the investment process.

The committee discussed setting the controls and mechanisms for the construction and restoration process of real estate and land investment in the area covered by the investment, taking into consideration the controls prepared by the National Investment Commission and the relevant authorities.

At the conclusion of the meeting, the meeting approved several agreed recommendations, which will be referred to the relevant authorities in order to implement what was stated in them.
