[size=16]It has been observed that some banks hand over the bond of letters of guarantee before making sure that approval has been obtained for its migration to the online platform, and in this regard we confirm the following:[/size]
Require all banks to post letters of guarantee via the electronic platform and ensure that the phrase (information has been uploaded by the central bank) appears, after which the original copy of the letter voucher is delivered to the beneficiary.

Contrary to what is mentioned above, banks that do not comply with this will be subjected to the penalties stipulated in our circular (9 / Z / 351) on 11/24/2020.
