Mubasher: Haitham Al-Jubouri, head of the Parliamentary Finance Committee in Iraq, announced today, Friday, the abolition of the clause withholding salaries for employees and retirees.

"
Al-Jubouri added that "the draft budget also included including the dues of lecturers, contracts and employees, increasing the amounts of petrodollars for the oil-producing governorates from 500 billion to one trillion dinars, and increasing the amounts allocated to the social protection network over what was allocated for it in the year 2020 by one and a half trillion dinars to increase the number of families included in the grant while increasing the value." It also included allocating funds to complete the production lines of large factories in the Ministry of Industry and allocating an amount to compensate those affected by changing the exchange rate from the private sector to ensure the continuation of projects at the request of the Ministry of Planning and the supervision of the Federal Office of Financial Supervision.
He pointed out that "the budget also included the cancellation of the Cabinet's decision on preventing the entry of cars with minor harm to operate industrial neighborhoods in Iraq (denting, dyeing, etc.), which will provide thousands of job opportunities and abolish the clauses that allow the sale of state real estate and assets for fear of this file being exposed to corruption, And the addition of 339 billion dinars to the amount of medicine purchase to increase the purchasing power to buy medicines and provide them to citizens, and increase the amounts of compensation for those affected by terrorism and covered by the decisions of the Martyrs Foundation and the Political Prisoners Foundation and allocate an amount of 199 million dollars this year to build 1000 new schools in all governorates and cancel licenses and licenses for mobile phone companies If they pay their debts to the public treasury. "
He continued, "The budget included obligating the Council of Ministers to work on the biometric system for employees to detect aliens in all ministries and institutions, and obligating the Council of Ministers to re-evaluate and negotiate with oil licensing rounds companies and Ministry of Electricity contracts and to cancel all customs exemptions granted to countries."
