Due to the expiration of the deadline granted to exchange companies under the two categories ( A and B ) until 31/12/2020 to complete the requirements for granting a license to practice their activity as exchange companies, so it was decided to grant them a period of ( 3 ) months from the date of granting the initial approval to complete the requirements for the merger.
