When you go to exchange and then what you're going to do after that.  You have to know when to hold them and fold them...when the new rate comes out and it's international it will be pegged to the American Dollar inside of a basket...but it cannot grow pegged to the American Dollar..."I'll take the 1 to 1 Frank".   Go right ahead but it will float and you need to know how...you've got to know when to hold'm and when to fold'm...

Why aren't you worried about what's going on [the deflation to 1460]?  Because this is being used to retrieve the three zero notes and because IMO I feel very strongly that the budget does not have this 1450 rate.  Nor does the HCL.  Nor do the white papers.  So why should I worry about 1450...
