Iraq just basically came out saying that the value of the dinar against the dollar has devalued...devaluing the currency, which is reducing purchasing power - it's a last-ditch effort to squeeze the three zero notes out of the citizens.  That's all this is...a last-ditch effort to reduce the amount of dinar in the county of Iraq...it's nothing more than a distraction to mislead us, confuse us and to get us to get rid of our dinar...
