Judy Note: Rates were locked in overnight Sun-Mon 30 Nov. for a start of exchanges this week. On Mon. 30 Nov. at 11 am EST there was a final RV meeting at the White House. At 1 and 2 pm EST that same RV team released the algorithm, while Reno received the green light as of about 4 pm EST.

Tier 4B (us, the Internet Group) could receive 800# notification to set redemption/ exchange appointments sometime over the next 48 hours.

The exchanges/redemption appointments at special rates would continue for approximately ten days, at which time the general public could begin exchanging at the International Rates.
