Included compensation billions of dollars .. Disclosure of the "halt" of an Iraqi lawsuit against Turkey - urgent

Today, Monday, a member of the House of Representatives, Abd al-Hadi al-Saadawi, revealed that a lawsuit filed by Iraq against Turkey has “stopped” as a result of its allowing the export of oil from the Kurdistan region without the knowledge of the central government.
Abd al-Hadi al-Saadawi said, in an interview with (Baghdad Today), that “the lawsuit that was filed against Turkey at the time of the government of former Prime Minister Haider al-Abadi as a result of Ankara’s permission to export oil from the Kurdistan region without the knowledge of the central government tightened the screws on the Turks, but it stopped One way or another after the end of the Abadi government term.
Al-Saadawi added, "There are large funds to return to the Kurdistan region deposited in Turkish banks," indicating that "the latter has delivered payments of these funds to the region, because it realized that there are trials and lawsuits that will be brought against it as a result of accepting the export of Kurdistan oil through its lands without Baghdad's approval."
A member of Parliament continued, "The Turks had tried to enter mediations with the Iraqi government to stop the Iraqi lawsuit against them, in exchange for transferring the funds and sums deposited in Turkey's banks to the federal government, as well as handing them over all oil export revenues via Ceyhan."
Last year, press reports revealed that there was a lawsuit filed by the government of former Prime Minister Haider al-Abadi in the International Court against Turkey, due to the latter's purchase of oil from the Kurdistan region of Iraq.
According to media outlets, the lawsuit that Al-Abadi filed against Turkey was due to its purchase of oil from Kurdistan, amid speculation that the ruling in it would have imposed a compensation of 26 billion dollars in favor of Iraq.
