 Judy Note: Because of a Mossad rocket attack on the US Embassy in Baghdad on Tues. 17 Nov, the new window for the RV start time for Tier 4B notifications, exchanges and Shotgun liquidity was moved to Mon to Wed 23-25 Nov.

Tier 4B exchanges would go on for around ten days, at which time the general public would begin.

It was military missions and apprehending the Iraqi missile attack perps of the past 72-96 hours that had to be dealt with before starting us. Last weekend into this week Military operations shut down the source of [D]eep [S]tate (Iranian, Mossad) rocket attacks on the US Embassy in Baghdad. The Swamp was fighting back against the RV release, GESARA and the gold-backed financial system.
