He expressed the Kingdom's condemnation of the terrorist Houthi militia supported by the Iranian regime, for violating international laws and customary rules by launching booby-trapped drones and ballistic missiles at civilians in the Kingdom, in a deliberate and systematic manner.

He affirmed the support of the Yemeni people so that Yemen would regain, through its legitimate authority, its full sovereignty and independence from Iranian hegemony, and continue providing humanitarian aid to the Yemeni people, and continuing support for international efforts aimed at resolving the Yemeni crisis led by the UN envoy to Yemen, in accordance with the Gulf initiative and the outcomes of the Yemeni national dialogue. He affirmed the Kingdom's constant keenness to interact constructively with the international community by adhering to the Charter of the United Nations and the international treaties and agreements it has acceded to, and based on these principles, the Kingdom affirms the non-use of force in international relations, and the need for the international community to assume its responsibilities towards those who adopt the policy of interference in the internal affairs of others It also denounces all forms of violence and means that undermine international peace and security, rejects any attempt to interfere in its internal affairs, rejects terrorism and extremist ideology and fights its financing, and supports international efforts in combating terrorism in all its forms and manifestations, including its financial support for the United Nations Counter-Terrorism Center in the amount of $ 110 million. And the establishment of the Global Center for Combating Extremist Thought "Etidal", as it hosted the International Center for Targeting Terrorist Financing.
