The release process started with Bonds payout at 1 am EST on Mon. 2 Nov. High level bond payouts were paid out overnight on Tues. 3 Nov. Higher level tiers were paid out Wed-Thurs. 4-5 Nov. The RV / GCR would be fully released during the ten days between Wed. 4 Nov and Sat. 14 Nov, the same time as the Mass Arrests during those Ten Days of Darkness.
 
Exchanges would extend through mid-Nov.
 
The higher Contract Rates including Zim redemption, could only be obtained through a Redemption Center appointment obtained by calling an 800 number found through the Secured Website. The Secured Website link would be sent out by email and given to certain Intel providers for publication on their websites.
