The Independent / - The Civil Defense Directorate announced today, Tuesday, that a fire broke out inside the General Tax Authority building in the center of the capital, Baghdad.

The Civil Defense Directorate stated in a statement, which the Independent has received a copy of, that: The fire broke out on the fourth floor of the building, indicating that its teams went to the site of the fire to control the fire.

The statement added that: The causes of the fire or the size of the losses are not yet known. It is reported that approximately seven billion and 900 million Iraqi dinars have been saved.
