Baquba ( NINA ) - Jamal Shaker, a specialist in economic affairs, said that the coming period will witness an exacerbation of the economic crisis due to the cycle of confusion of the central government.

He told the correspondent of the Iraqi National News Agency ( NINA ) today that the trend towards solutions to the patchwork economic crisis will create other crises, and internal or external borrowing will increase the burden of the crisis, and this confirms the government's failure to find quick economic solutions based on industrial means and diversified production.

He added that borrowing to pay the salaries of state employees will harm the price of the Iraqi dinar against the foreign exchange rate, and that the talk about the white reform paper is just speculation because there is no industrial and production base that supports the economic plan and the infrastructure. Pointing out that reforms need time to avoid the economic crisis, and I believe there is no government plan to cross the crisis at the present time.
