Baghdad / NINA / Head of State of Law Coalition, Nouri al-Maliki, said: The holding of elections depends on restoring the prestige of the state and supporting the security services, ruling out that they will be held on time.

He said in a statement to the official agency that: Iraq is experiencing instability within the map of the region due to the economic crisis and the regional situation

He explained: We support the legitimate demands of the demonstrators and contributed to communicating with many of them ... indicating that the demonstrations were infiltrated by external and internal parties, which led to their abuse.

Al-Maliki continued: There are protesters demanding their rights and others who seek chaos, ruin and destruction.

He pointed out that: ISIS is the product of a regional and international plan that began in Syria and ended in Iraq, Libya and Egypt.

Al-Maliki considered that the state of law did not participate in the Al-Kazemi government, for its formation with the same previous mechanisms.

He said: The insistence of local and regional forces to change the equation of the political process weakened and dismantled the construction coalition.

And al-Maliki said: The popular crowd will not resolve under any pretext, and its survival is necessary to protect Iraq and the political system.

He stressed that: Iraq does not need American forces or legal support for their presence, and we do not object to the presence of advisers and technicians to maintain the American weapons that Iraq possesses.

Al-Maliki stressed that protecting embassies and diplomatic missions is the responsibility of the Iraqi government ... rejecting the targeting of diplomatic missions and we believe in dialogue for the exit of the American forces,

noting: that my hand is extended to meet the Sadrist movement, and we have no condition except to protect the state and its institutions.

Al-Maliki's promise: Violating employee salaries is a red line, and the government must find realistic solutions to end the crisis.

He stressed that: Iraq will not move towards normalization with Israel. / End 3
