Judy Note: What we think we know as of early morning Tues. 27 Oct. 2020:


As of 3 pm EDT Mon. 26 Oct. there was a release to push things forward toward the start of Tier 4B. At 5:00 pm EDT Judge Amy Coney Barrett was confirmed by the Senate, after which there was a confirmation of the Shotgun Start Release at about 7:30 pm EDT. Tier 4B notification was scheduled to be out from Tues.-Wed. 27-28 Oct. forward this week.

On Thurs. 22 Oct: A few select American banks closed for two weeks; Bond redemption finished processing; Paymasters finalized paperwork; Militaries worldwide were placed on High Alert for arrests of high end individuals, voting in the US and a Global Currency Reset; Trump signed off on ZIM redemption procedures for Tier 4B and told his team after the debate, "Let’s finish this now” – referring to the RV/GCR Shotgun Release and implementation of GESARA, including a $1.8 trillion Stimulus Funds release.

On Fri. 23 Oct. Charlie Ward reported he was moving money for high end currency and bond redeemers in Mexico and Spain, plus he knew of certain people in Hong Kong who were cashing in right now.

Evidently on Sat. 24 Oct. the Black Dragon Illuminati/Cabal tried to initiate a Global Currency Reset using their fiat currency, but their codes didn’t work according to Kimberly Goguen in a video with Charlie Ward, though the Department of Defense initiated with codes that did work, a kickoff to the Shotgun Release to pay out all 27 categories of GCR/RV primary tier accounts; Trump signed an Executive Order to get the $1.8 trillion Stimulus Bill funds out to the public – to be released at the same time as the Shotgun Liquidity Release for all tiers including Tier 4B exchanges.

Sun. 25 Oct. was the kickoff for the official implementation of the Restored Republic, plus activation of the new Iraqi Dinar International Rate.

Right now Paymasters were down-streaming liquidity through six sub-levels of Paymasters, with the goal of accounts in all six levels going from "pending" to "live" by Tues. 27 Oct.

The bulk of exchanges/ redemption was hoped to be completed before the election on Tues. 3 Nov.

The General Public Tier 5 was scheduled to begin on Wed. or Thurs. 4, 5 Nov. right after the election.

The C19 lockdown, although caused by the Cabal in an attempt to bring in the New World Order, has been used by the Alliance as a smokescreen to bring in the GCR/RV.

There was an international network of lawyers who were suing those responsible for C19 in behalf of various nations of the world. The Wuhan lab in China where the C19 “virus” was concocted and later “escaped from” was owned by elite Americans, including Bill Gates.

The Alliance has put into place a Quantum Financial System and a Quantum Voting System, plus they would be implementing a Quantum Educational System to allow the truth to come out. They began Beta Testing the QFS on 2 Aug. 2020.
