1. Various Intel sources reported that Bankers, Paymasters, Attorneys and Group Leaders were expecting liquidity release starting Tues. 6 Oct., or if not, through the rest of the week.

2. On Mon. 5 Oct. one of Fleming’s sources said, “I'm excited to announce people were intending to show Proof of Funds out of London Tues. noon 6 Oct, for large amounts derived from our upcoming event (the beginning of the RV release Shotgun Start).”

3. The Military Intel Contact could not comment on the timing—it may start on Tues. 6 Oct. or any time forward through Thurs. 8 Oct, or Fri. 9 Oct.

4. The key was that this past weekend Trump was sequestered out of the White House and at Walter Reed Hospital Bethesda MD as the RV was being released in the Quantum Financial System globally Sat. night 3 Oct. to Sun. morning 4 Oct. Sources expected the Shotgun Release this week.
