1. On Sat. 3 Oct. Iraq Qi cards Dinar Rate reflected an in-country Rate of $16 and published it in their Gazette.

2. The intermediate groups, Farmers claims, and adjudicated settlements have been or about to be paid out. The Admiral’s 27 groups have yet to be paid.

3. The US dollar would convert to a gold/asset-backed US Note on Tues. evening 6 Oct.

4. The banks and Redemption Centers have the new US Notes in stock and new US coins.

5. The core and Tier 4a groups would be notified after the US Note converted – that was expected in the next day or so.

6. A window of 1 pm Tues. 6 Oct. and ending Thurs. 1 pm 8 Oct. all groups would be started and have funds that they could have access to.

7. Redemption Staff were going into work Wed. morning 7 Oct.

8. At appointments currency holders on a long term payout would be able to get up to $250 million to last them to their first payout in 90 days; Zim holders would get up to $500 million, while those with humanitarian projects would get 8%-10% of the total amount to last for the first 90 days until the first payout.
