Baghdad / NINA / Finance Minister Ali Allawi announced that the economic reform paper that will be presented soon includes the activation of the partnership law between the public and private sectors, explaining: "250 billion dollars have been stolen from Iraq since 2003."

He stressed: "The private sector should benefit from the Iraqi market, as well as the Arab and international markets," explaining: "The management of state resources must be in partnership with the private sector gradually, because the public sector currently provides very weak services."
He noted: "The agriculture sector in Iraq is supported by the state $ 6 trillion dinars, pointing out:" The tax sector in Iraq is very weak, and the citizen has the right that he does not pay taxes in exchange for poor services provided by a public sector. "
He noted:" The Iraq's revenues from border crossings are less than 1% due to the large exceptions and exemptions granted.
