1. There was a lot of fear mongering out there during these last hours and a day or so before the Shotgun Release was expected.

2. Multiple independent sources report that the start could take place on Wed. 30 Sept., or more likely on Thurs. 1 Oct.

3. Thurs. 1 Oct. was the beginning of the digital USN on the QFS running the new financial system, plus the start of the new fiscal year for the Restored Republic.

4. Both Iraq and Kurdistan were expecting the RV this week starting overnight Wed morning 30 Sept.

5. The contact confirmed that there was a Safe Link Web Site and not to pay attention to those saying not to use the link or web site.

6. The notification email would be sent out from Wells Fargo, Chase or HSBC. Follow instructions in the email.

7. When you get to your Redemption Center appointment, trust that the personnel there will help you through your redemption-exchange and that you could politely ask any questions you had and they would do their best to answer your questions.

The release process would not be Tier 2 on Thurs. 1 Oct. and then Tier 3 and Tier 4a next, and then Tier 4b following afterward in a few days, as that would present too many security issues, plus legally the payouts have to be released and started by Paymasters to all tiers within 72 hours of Tier 4b starting.

10. ZIM holders could ask for higher Contract Rates for their project presentation at the first appointment. They would let you know what was possible. If requesting higher rates at a follow-up 2nd Appt was not possible, they would explain why and accommodate you the best they could.

11. The Contact’s info was the same as Bruce's and Shelton's that there would be a structured payout for ZIM redemption proceeds. Exchange personnel would answer any questions you had.

12. You could bring an addendum to the exchange, or a list of people whom you may ask to be exempt from your NDA terms.
