https:// paypal.me/ MntGoatNewsletter?locale.x=en_US

As usual, remember that for over 7 years, I have taken my own time from my gasthaus business to research and document findings about the revaluation of the Iraqi dinar. Please be generous but only if you can afford it and remember to give. I suggest $5-$10 a month but you decide. Whatever you can afford will be helpful in this time of Covid where nearly 50% of our business is now gone due to travel restrictions.

I hardly have the words to thank everyone who is supporting my newsletter efforts with all your ongoing gifts. Thank You, Thank You and Thank You again. This has made a huge difference in our lives.

More news….

Ours news today is extraordinary. It is all very good…. finally! Sometimes you can not just read one article and get it all. It takes reading a series of news over weeks and weeks, looking for trends. So, last week the new finance minister Allawi under al-Kazemi came out and told us they must revisit the exchange rate of the dinar.

This week we hear from a British economists telling Iraq they only have two alternatives to survive: either to drastically cut expenditures or put their currency on a float and let the market drive it. This is their survival.

Then again this period also, other Iraqi economists and financial experts also talked about the currency auction corruption.

Then we hear the CBI deny it all. Amazingly enough then we get an article soon afterwards telling us that al-Kazemi is making many drastic changes in high level personnel positions in the CBI. Go figure?

We also heard just recently that the governor position is up for grabs too and it is just a matter of time before they select and announce the new director. Then on Monday this announcement came out and I quote: “after the appointment of a new governor of the central bank … earlier in the day, prime minister Mustafa al-Kazemi made changes to senior positions, the most prominent of which was the appointment of Mustafa Ghaleb al-Kitab as governor of the central bank instead of the previous governor, Ali al-Alaq. This is WOW news!

If these events were a piece of clay, we would see them molding Iraq into the necessary reforms that need to take place and get us to the bank. This is all about our investment and not some fictious GCR. Get it? This is real life and not some guru dictating to you false hope and bullshit. We just need the sculpture to finish his work, then stand back and admire it.

What about these other currencies beside the dinar?

If this was a horse race, the only sure horse for me is the Iraqi dinar right now and I am not going to bet on the Dong, Zim or any other currency these gurus keep talking about. Why? No matter how cheap they are wat good do they do in your closet if you can’t exchange them.

Like I said many times already and apparently many of you still don’t listen to me. Yes, these other country’s currencies you are investing are being looked at seriously by the IMF. Could they RV? Yes, of course as currencies RV (decrease and increase) in value every day. These efforts are all part of a known project undertaken by the IMF to bring these “under-developed” countries into the global market place with all their resources. They are on the top of the list to get their currencies fairly revalued.

But here’s the problem with this. These are still just rumors. Get it? There is so much work to be done still with these countries. If you group them all together and want to RV along with the Iraqi dinar, them you would be waiting for decades and decades still. So this is not reality from what we are hearing from Iraq that is going to be ready very soon. Iraq can’t wait for these other countries to play catchup. Get it? Iran is a typical example. Just because they calculated a true rate for the Rial, if the country could ever snap out of it terrorist dilemma, this does not mean it is going to RV any time soon. But this could be decades later and so why tie up your investment on the Rial right now? This is of course only my opinion and I am not a financial advisor, banker or attorney of any sort.

We know that Iraq under Trump now has the full backing of the US and this is what we have waiting so long to hear. Obama didn’t care and just wanted to have is campaign promise accomplished for withdrawal of troops no matter what the consequences. Then surely Bush also wanted to rape the country and run. But Trump surely sees the great economic potential for US companies and is trying to honestly address the issues that hurt and prevent them from investing in Iraq, then harvest the benefits. Trump also wants peace in the middle east, as he sees the economic potential of a peaceful, abundant and prosperous middle east.

Remember the parable Jesus tells us in the new testament:

Matthew 13:24-30 24: "The kingdom of heaven is like a man who sowed good seed in his field. But while everyone was sleeping, his enemy came and sowed weeds among the wheat, and went away. When the wheat sprouted and formed heads, then the weeds also appeared. The owner's servants came to him and said, 'Sir, didn't you sow good seed in your field? Where then did the weeds come from?' An enemy did this,' he replied. "The servants asked him, 'Do you want us to go and pull them up? 'No,' he answered, 'because while you are pulling the weeds, you may uproot the wheat with them. Let both grow together until the harvest. At that time I will tell the harvesters: First collect the weeds and tie them in bundles to be burned; then gather the wheat and bring it into my barn.'"

There are no other countries being taken so seriously as Iraq right now. Iraq will probably never be totally free of corruption as it will exists alongside the honest politicians, but we are looking for the good wheat to harvest, if there is enough good wheat we go to the bank. But we will have to decern the good wheat from the bad when the harvest time comes. We are getting to that point.

So, we hear news of Trump visiting Iraq later this week. What is he going to do over there? Is this an official visit with the red carpet, color guards and honor? I think so. This will be the first US president then honored by the sovereign nation of Iraq. This should be interesting…. Let’s watch this one carefully.

More lies and deception to clarify:

So, this guy named Charlie Ward comes out of nowhere and talks about this NESARA/GESARA bullshit again. Again another idiot taken so seriously.

It is all his opinion and I can tell he has no credentials, no history of anything. Appears he swallowed the NESARA/ GESARA coolaid. He is just like the frustrated rest of us. So, who the hell is he? Who the hell is he to listen to and take his information for face value?  Why do you do it? Is it because he says stuff you want to hear whether or not it’s just all lies and bullshit? They are using this platform of NESARA/GESARA for their own purpose.

Just remember when you hear something long enough does not necessarily make it FACTS. It only makes it more bullshit over and over again without any FACTUAL data to back it up. It is that simple. Just like the democrat socialist ideas and ideology taken from social communism and Karl Marx. Heck they even teach this bullshit in college classes now. But they are not teaching it today in the correct context for learning only but of convincing these young minds it is all so good and actually a viable alternative to capitalism and change. Change for the sake of change is not necessarily good as we have seen the Obama era of his version of “change”. No! We don’t want to go down this filthy road again. Why would our great nation want such garbage? They can talk and talk about change and try to convince us this socialism is all so good but we know the nefarious people behind it all. We know it is the communists. We want honest change by honest people who want to preserve the constitution, laws and the fabric of the American dream. Yes, we need change alright. We need to throw these bastards out of our government and way of life once and for all. This is the change I want to see. How about you?

A bit of caution again about more of this NESARA/GESARA bullshit. Yes, many of the goals are good and would benefit society however this is utopian ideals and they are talking out of their asses. Get it?

In the US we have a democratic process for change. Change not just by a small group of people forcing their version of change upon us. Even if the change can be all so good, it is America and the majority rules not some small group. So, you must go through the process. We must convince people not to listen to the liars. They want to do their version of change forcefully under the cover of darkness. Hey wait a second! Isn’t this what happened to get us the Federal Reserve and the Individual Income tax? So have we not learned our lesson yet? Then let them make up their own mind. By having yet more lies to try to convince people of something good for them is just as bad as those liars on the other side lying about the bad things. Get it?

I am so upset about this stupid idea about arresting people putting body doubles in their place. How stupid is this? I have to tell you this is so far from reality it makes the hair stand up on my back that anyone can fall for this crap. Then in the meantime they send them to Gitmo? What? Do you see just how stupid all this is?

Do you know how long we have heard all this bullshit? It has been decades already. So, they arrest politicians and send them to jail? Really? Aren’t these the people we elected to represent us? How can they do this in total disregard for our constitution? Two wrongs don’t make a right!

They why do we still have such a mess with the charlatans in democrat run offices and states as mayors and governors, especially with the democrats? Seams to me they all should be arrested by now and good behaving “body doubles” put in their place?  This is what this guy Charlie Ward just said in his newest video. But we know this is not reality. He is lying. His news is just so obviously stupid.

Folks, you must think through all this bullshit. THINK for yourself. You must see through it all and realize that it is all just crazy people wanting you to click on their site in YOUTUBE so they can make money off the clickity-clicks. Get it? They will say anything you want to hear to get you to keep clicking. Charlie even uses his kid to try to goat you.

So please don’t let some guy who comes out of nowhere namely Charlie Ward who has his own ideas with no experience in politics or even much knowledge of how the world really works.

As you know I sometimes randomly listen to many of these so-called intel calls. So, I have to tell about the call I monitored from last Saturday from a lady calling herself Midwest. This had to be by far the weirdest, most bullshit call I ever had the displeasure of listening to. This tops them all. I can tell she listened to Charlie Wards video and sucked in all in. She is an idiot and so just repeats an idiots stuff. She is of no real substance or TRUTH. Another repeater…. This lady is full of lies and misconceptions. But aren’t most of these idiots.

Just wanted to bring all of this to your attention.

A REPORT TALKS ABOUT ALLAWI AND JUBOURI'S 'SKIRMISH': THE GOVERNMENT IS LOOKING FOR $ 20 BILLION!

The government is facing a stifling financial crisis, expressed by major differences between the Finance Committee in the Iraqi parliament and the ministry responsible for paying employees' salaries and financing projects, which escalated into an argument and a "skirmish" between the minister and the head of the finance committee, as described in a press report.

The report, published by "The Independent Arabia" and followed by "People", (September 13, 2020), talked about the government's attempts to obtain a new loan of about $ 20 billion, without a clear plan for economic reform, with attention to the decline in the reserves of the Central Bank of Iraq.

(Mnt Goat – Okay we know they have money from salaries up to the month of September, then what? Do they really want to borrow more money? Can they borrow more? They already borrowed three months of salaries from the internal banks.

The next following article is telling us they really have no choice but to now FLOAT their currency and end these currency auctions. Will they?)

THE INDEPENDENT: IRAQ HAS NO CHOICE BUT TO TAKE AUSTERITY MEASURES OR FLOAT THE CURRENCY

09/13/20

To reduce the pace of economic crises that afflict Iraq and threaten its future. A report by the British newspaper The Independent puts economic solutions before the Iraqi government that can finance the economy with inflation by floating the currency, or taking austerity measures and reducing employee salaries and operating expenses.

The REPORT STATED THAT THE BEST OPTION IS TO FLOAT THE CURRENCY in order to stimulate domestic production and reduce imports that deplete the country's economy, and the report pointed out that the Iraqi economy has PAID EXORBITANT COSTS IN ATTEMPTS TO STABILIZE THE DOLLAR EXCHANGE RATE DUE TO THE CORRUPTION OF THE CURRENCY SALE WINDOW IN THE CENTRAL BANK.

(Mnt Goat – So now we wait to see just what they decide to do. If they decide to FLOAT they will have to RV to at least around a 1.00 then do the project to delete the zeros. Then soon move to FOREX on the planned float. This is when we go to the bank….  Be patient! More to come….)

PARLIAMENTARY FINANCE: THE 2020 BUDGET WILL ARRIVE IN PARLIAMENT THIS WEEK, AND IT DOES NOT EXCLUDE THE FUNDING OUTSIDE OF MORE LOANS

The Parliamentary Finance Committee revealed, on Sunday, that the government informed us that it will send the 2020 budget at the end of this week, indicating that the budget will be simple, but it will include a request for Parliament's approval to allow new borrowing.

"The government has informed Parliament that it will send the 2020 budget at the end of this week for the purpose of approval," said Jamal Cougar, a member of the committee. He added that “the 2020 budget will be prepared in a simple way that includes what the government has spent during the past months of the year and that Parliament will hold it accountable according to the 2019 budget expenditures.”

Cougar added that "the 2020 budget will also include a request from the government with the approval of Parliament to allow it a new loan, and this WILL DEPEND ON THE FEASIBILITY STUDY OF THE REQUEST BY THE FINANCE COMMITTEE," noting that "the government promised to send the 2021 budget to Parliament on the 15th of next month.

(Mnt Goat – So the budget was sent already and is in parliament.

You simply can’t borrow your way out of debt. Bad ideas by badpolitians. We have them hear too in the US. It simply does not work and they know it. They can get all the permission they want to borrow more money,  but in reality they are stuck. We knew this day would come as they only had money until the end of September to pay salaries.

They only have 2 choices not 3. Choice #1 is cut expenditures so drastically as to meet the current price of oil, Choice #2 float the currency and let investors invest in Iraq. Choice #2 also gives the potential investors freedom of exchange and transfer of monetary resources needed to come into Iraq.)

EUPHRATES NEWS} PUBLISHES THE DRAFT BUDGET FOR 2020. HOW DEFICIENT IS IT AND WHAT IS THE REGION’S SHARE?

September 11, 2020 Walter

{Baghdad: Al Furat News} Our agency publishes the draft federal budget bill for the year 2020.

The total revenues of the budget amounted to 67 trillion and 425 billion and 220 million and 454 thousand dinars.

Estimated revenues from exporting crude oil were calculated on the basis of an average price of 40.51 dollars a barrel and an export rate of 3 million and 332 thousand barrels, including 250 thousand barrels per day for the quantities of crude oil produced in the Kurdistan region on the basis of the exchange of 1182 dinars per dollar.

The 2020 budget deficit is more than 81 trillion dinars.

According to the draft budget, the Kurds region’s share of it is 12.67%.

(Mnt Goat – so this is an official article about the 2020 budget. These stupid intel gurus (you know who I mean TNT Tony idiot) keep telling you the RV rate is in the budget. Really? Seems to me they just told us the exchange rate is 1182. So where is the RV rate we are looking for? It’s not in the budget and it will never be in the budget. Get it? They just keep lying to you over and over and yet you still listen to them. They don’t know what the hell they are talking about. Get it now? I am proving it to you once again.)

DEPUTY: AL-KAZEMI'S VISIT IS THE LAST OPPORTUNITY FOR THE REGION TO HAND OVER HIS COMMITMENT AND IN SUCCESSION TO BE DEPRIVED OF THE 2021 BUDGET

On Saturday, the Al-Fateh Alliance considered Al-Kazemi's visit to the region the last opportunity to deliver the region’s oil imports to the center, indicating that otherwise it would prevent Kurdistan from passing its share in the 2021 budget.

"IT WAS AGREED DURING THE VISIT OF PRIME MINISTER MUSTAFA AL-KAZEMI TO HAND OVER THE MONEY OWED BY THE REGION FROM OIL EXPORTS AND OUTLETS IMPORTS TO THE CENTER IN EXCHANGE FOR HANDING OVER ITS BUDGET SHARES," Al-Fateh Muhammad Karim said.

He added, "This agreement is the last chance to save himself and preserve the rights of its employees," noting that "in the event that the region refuses to hand over what it owes, it will not have any share in the 2021 budget, and all the money will be deducted."

(Mnt Goat – the agreement was made already and this is done. Kurdistan got only 12% but is getting paid and this is important that the GOI is monitoring all the other oil they are selling on the side besides the amount needed to meet the budget. This is impotant to us because it is important to the IMF.)

(Mnt Goat – Guess what? The USA has the same issues and problems. Corruption is also rapid only the FAKE news media will not report on it because they support the members of the government causing it and they don’t want to be exposed.)

Will the new governor Al-Kitab support doing the project to delete the zeros? Will he support moving to a float on FOREX? We wait and see. I think this move is indicative of what must happen and the answer is YES,YES and YES! It is just a matter of time now…. )

In ending I want everyone to know your constant prayers in the fight against evil (ISIS) and now the corruption in Iraq have worked. God has guided these young men and women on the battle field. He has guided the honest, patriots of Iraq to fight for their homeland.  So this new war now on our citizens is underway. New battles are raging every day over corruption.  These are battles to save our societies from the corrupt politicians and secret societies who are bent on taking what they want from our current wealth and from future generations without our permission. We must keep praying for the end to the rapid corruption and enslavement of people in Iraq and also in the United States. We must pray for our leaders that they may be anointed by the Holy Spirit and guided to do God’s work. We must stand by them and let them know we are still there to support them, even after the election is over. I have composed a prayer maybe we can all pray today in our own way and until the reinstatement of the Iraq dinar occurs.

PRAYER

“For all leaders of all nations, that they may be anointed by the Holy Spirit to do God’s will and work to bring about abundance and prosperity to their nation. That they may listen to the Holy Spirit for guidance in fighting this war on us.

To fight this waging war on corruption, our freedoms, our liberties, socialist plans and injustice.

To bring all those corrupt to justice and pay for their crimes no matter how high up in the government or politics they are.

To end the corona virus “man-made crisis” and to awaken people everywhere of the dark side and the tools it will use to gain power and control.

That the FREE WORLD may be a shining example for the rest of the entire planet.

In the name of Jesus Christ our King and Savior, Amen”

P.S. (Please if you can – say the rosary every day. You can do it while you take your daily run or walk. You can do while you lie in bed in the morning or nighttime before sleep. You don’t even need a set of rosary beads as you can use your ten fingers ...lol..lol..lol… )

Auf Wiedersehen

Much love to ya all,
