Baghdad / NINA / Nineveh governorate's deputy, Ahmed Al-Jubouri, said, "The upcoming early elections must be free from manipulation and fraud."

Al-Jubouri said in a televised statement followed by the Iraqi National News Agency ( NINA ): "The elections in the political process are the essence of democracy, and therefore early elections must be different from their predecessors and free from manipulation and fraud."

He explained, "The Electoral Commission must adopt the biometric system to limit fraud." / End 9
