Where do we stand with the RV as of today?

As usual from the past and now, I have told everyone not to listen to all this nonsense about an RV in July and then even in August. I also do not expect to see any RV this year even. If we do not hear words about status and a target for early next year of the “project to delete the zeros”, you can then expect not to see an RV even then. So we wait and we wait. We don’t listen to all this other rubbish from these gurus. We are smart enough on my site to listen only for FACTUAL information and not made up bullshit by some idiot who has no business even talking about this investment. You know exactly who all those idiots are.

Please enjoy your Labor Day weekend. Take off the damned masks and gloves. They are doing absolutely NOTHING to help. In fact it is all only prolonging the end to this insanity. Remember: ONLY YOU can end this man-made political crisis by doing it and so do it now!

ANALYST: THE WHEEL OF CHANGE LED BY YOUNG PEOPLE WILL NOT STOP EVEN IF THE PARTIES OPPOSE IT WITH ALL THEIR STRENGTH

Analyst Basil Hussein believes that the wheel of change led by youth will not stop even if militias and parties stand before it with all their strength and weapons.

IRAQ BRINGS IN $72.1M IN CUSTOMS REVENUE FOR AUGUST: FEDERAL CUSTOMS AUTHORITY

SULAIMANI — The General Authority of Iraqi Customs said on Tuesday (September 1) that trade at the country’s border crossings brought in a total of 86 billion Iraqi dinars ($72.1 million) in income for August.

The authority said in a statement that despite coronavirus-related restrictions, the customs’ directorates and centers have made efforts to increase trade income at the border crossings.

It added that the customs income will increase by 4 percent at all the country’s border crossings in the next few months. On August 2, the authority said that Iraq brought in a total of 76 billion Iraqi dinars ($63.7 million) in income from customs procedures at the border crossings in July.

AL-KAZEMI NOMINATES HIS ADVISOR FOR THE POST OF GOVERNOR OF THE CENTRAL BANK AND A DEPUTY, REVEALS: A SUSPICIOUS FIGURE

SAIROUN: THE POLITICAL FORCES HAVE SET STRICT SPECIFICATIONS FOR THE NEW CENTRAL BANK GOVERNOR

Two government sources and an informed political source told Al-Hurra that billions of dollars in investment contracts in Baghdad caused a crisis between the Iraqi Investment Authority and the Iraqi Parliamentary Economic and Investment Committee, and that the General Secretariat of the Iraqi Council of Ministers is trying to intervene to pass the contracts.

An informed Iraqi government source said that "contracts to invest about 1,600 acres of land surrounding Baghdad airport have been awarded to foreign companies, including American companies, to build housing complexes, the American University complex, and sports stadiums in the area surrounding Baghdad airport."

The committee attacked the Investment Authority, affirming that "THIS INSTITUTION HAS BECOME ONE OF THE BIGGEST GATES OF CORRUPTION because of its officials and threatens the survival of state assets because of their persistence in insisting on corruption that conveyed a message that they are not afraid of accountability and that they are above the law."

Al-Hurra tried to speak with a number of committee deputies and authority officials, but no responses were received.

Al-Kazemi’s decision came through an official letter bearing the signature of his personal secretary containing an order to the Ministry of Defense and security authorities, including the Joint Operations Command, the Intelligence Service and the Popular Mobilization Authority to prevent any flag except the Iraqi flag being raised on government buildings, stressing that the flag is clean and with fixed dimensions and erected in the highest place From the official headquarters.

Political sources close to Al-Kazemi said that the LATTER HAD OFFICIALLY CANCELED RECOGNITION OF ANY MILITARY AND SECURITY FORMATION OPERATING OUTSIDE THE FRAMEWORK OF THE GOVERNMENTAL SYSTEM.

It indicated that there are dozens of flags belonging to the armed factions that are raised on their headquarters, in addition to the flags of political parties, and that Al-Kazemi’s order came as a message that there is no flag other than the Iraqi flag, and no authority higher than the rule of law.

Popular Mobilization sources indicate that there are 69 armed factions, each with its own flag, and in any military parade, these flags are raised in clear defiance of the sovereignty of the Iraqi state and the symbolism of its authority.

This comes within the political hit-and-run cases between Al-Kazemi and the militias that see in the latter’s confirmation of his authority a real threat to their existence.

Al-Kazemi had come out angry from a lengthy meeting with the Shiite blocs that tried to impose conditions on him that include not prejudice to the armed factions, and the expulsion of some of his advisors whom the Shiite parties do not want to be near the prime minister. For his part, a source in Al-Kazemi’s office said that the Iraqi prime minister discussed with French President Macron during his visit to Baghdad the opportunity to revive the Iraqi nuclear reactor built by the late Iraqi President Saddam Hussein at the end of the seventies and destroyed by Israel in June 1981.

He indicated that it was agreed to change the name of the reactor from the Tammuz reactor to the Al-Salam reactor, and that the process of rebuilding it would be under the supervision of the International Atomic Energy Organization and away from any external interference, and that it be designated for peaceful purposes, and foremost among those purposes is the production of electrical energy.
