There are rumors out there that the QFS is up and running…..possibly it is true but we have no evidence of this. There are a lot of people of implied authority saying this…….Hopefully this is true.

The thing about economic and geopolitical rumors is that rumors are “unsubstantiated information” …correct?

Here at PIR we work with the basis of factual information…..things that can be confirmed.

Then we use historical replication and the probability that things can be repeated….can happen again….the last bit is the other like “unsubstantiated information” and more including rumors…

We are looking for major economic changes…but until its verified…please consider it as a rumor and stay balanced.
