Kurdistan Finance: Withholding employees' salaries continues, despite Baghdad sending money

Baghdad / Al-Akhbariya:
The Ministry of Finance and Economy in the Kurdistan region issued today, Monday, a clarification about the financial revenues available to it to distribute the salaries of employees, indicating that it needs 895 billion dinars to fully distribute salaries without deduction.
The ministry said in a statement that the Council of Ministers in the Kurdistan region decided to resume the salaries of staff distribution in the region for the month of March to bygone in accordance with the fiscal revenue available to it and composed of the following sources:
The ministry said that the financing of the Ministry of Natural Resources was reported earlier 354 billion dinars , while reached this month , 270 One billion dinars, that is, a decrease of 84 billion dinars, indicating that it needs 895 billion dinars to fully distribute the salaries of employees without deduction.
