, Prime Minister Mustafa al-Kazimi received, today, Thursday, the president and members of the Independent High Electoral Commission, stressing that the government will continue to hold early elections.

A statement of Al-Kazemi’s office said, “Al-Ikhbaria” received a copy of it, that “the meeting discussed the early elections and preparing for them, and providing the requirements for holding them at a date that will be announced later.”

"The government is proceeding with early elections, which is one of the most important goals in the government curriculum," Al-Kazimi stressed, according to the statement.
