FLEMING MILITARY INTEL CONTACT UPDATE 7/14/20 - "Tier 4b start on Tues. 14 July"

All was still on track behind the scenes, with closings targeted to happen Mon. 13 July and liquidity release and notifications targeted to follow on Tues. 14 July.

This timing was a scheduled goal, not a prediction, in case there were any unforeseen disruptions from Deep State governors, spikes in Cabal account hacking attempts, or any further Trump-Chinese friction pushing it to the last minute from Tues. 14 July forward this week.

Everything was and continued to be released.

On Sun. 12 July at 9:30 pm EDT (9:30 am Mon. 13 July Hong Kong time) there were orders from the US Treasury, Department of Defense and HSBC to move forward with the release schedule.

That would give Tier 4b approximately 14+ days until the last week of July to finish 800# exchanges / redemptions, with the public Tier 5 starting in August.

Exchanges and liquidity release have continued happening outside the USA. This was good news as it has put additional pressure on the USA RV teams and Trump to remove any more interference and get the RV release started now inside the country.

Article 8 that restricted Iraq from international trade, was formally lifted completely on Sat. 11 July.

Iraq would be announcing their sovereignty this coming week.

Currency and bond exchanges start this week.

All was moving forward, all has to move forward, and prayers would be appreciated that no unforeseen blocks arose to delay the target for Tier 4b start on Tues. 14 July.
