The British government confirmed, Friday, its stand with Iraq in overcoming the economic crisis in the country and the effects of the emerging crisis of the Corona virus.
According to comments by "Nass" (July 10, 2020), the British Minister of International Development, Anne-Marie Trevelyan, was briefed on the role of British aid in supporting the economic reforms adopted by the Iraqi government, in addition to helping to alleviate the effects of the disease spreading crisis in the country.
The British official discussed during the meeting with the Iraqi Finance Minister Ali Allawi, the assistance that her country can provide to support the reform program, and discussed with a number of young businessmen the challenges facing companies in Iraq, including the effects of the spread of the Corona virus, and stood on the role of British support in Helping the private sector to grow.
