Hi Everyone,

I bring you much news today.

Some idiot guru out there is telling everyone that Kurdistan has never sent a penny of oil revenue to the GOI since 2003. Really? How stupid is this to be telling everyone. So how can I prove they are wrong?

How in hell is the GOI then paying the salaries and pensions if there was no revenue coming in from oil? How did the CBI reserves go from 45 billion to over 70 billion in three years? Why would they put together a budget each eyar if it is not funded? Where is all this money coming from if not from oil revenues?

I also want to point out that the Kurds don’t forward anything to the GOI. Oil revenue, as you know, is paid in US dollars (petro-dollars) and this money gets paid into a fund in accounts in US banks (DFI fund). The funds then go to CBI as appropriated in the budget each year.

Oil revenue does not even go through Kurdistan. This would be a conflict of interest.Don’t you think? Get it? So how can the Kurds hold up the oil revenues? This is insane and so wrong.

Yes, just like many of these gurus were telling you too that the currency auctions are selling dinar and not US dollars and that this is how you got your dinars. Ok BGG, we got your ticket on stupidity.

Over the weekend we heard once gain from the idiot woman “Grace with her self-glorification ” (conceded savior of nonsense) as she popped her head out for her grandstanding conference call on mental health.I think she needs a checkup on her own mental health. Once again her “bullshit” about the world falling apart and how she can’t wait for it to happen. Of course, we see yet another NESARA/GESARA supporter (democrat party) and one of their puppets hiding under the pretense of being a savior of mankind. She is on her mission alright. Grace, we see right through you.

Do you see just how stupid and wrong these idiot gurus are? Why does anyone listen to them?

"A SERIOUS" NOTE FROM SPECIALISTS AND INTERESTED IN THE MONEY MARKET HAS IRAQ RESORTED TO PRINTING THE CURRENCY?

A page dedicated to currencies and exchange-rate monitoring posed a serious question looming over “printing the currency”.

The page wrote a post that was monitored by "Yassin Iraq" as well as some comments, which indicated that the banks continue to pump and deliver "new currencies", in a sign that raises the question of whether there is a printing of the currency without a cover of gold, which threatens inflation and the loss of its value, which is the option that was previously dicussed. It was proposed by some economists and government officials to address the economic crisis.

The post said: “Before the printed of new dinars was only done at the beginning of each new year, and after that it disappeared. This
year, we entered the seventh month, and the banks distributed all new notes!!!” Some comments wrote a different opinion stating that the new edition is based on the foundations of withdrawing the old and damaged currency, and printed an alternative to it with the same value.

(Mnt Goat – all this article is telling us is that they collected the old money already in circulation each year and distribute new, fresh notes as replacement currency. They normally do this each year at year-end but this year the CBI did it mid-year in July. This hyping up of this event is FAKE news to get investors to stay away from the dinar, as Iran wants and needs to keep the dinar low and not revalue higher. It is still important for us to look at why the CBI did this mid-year and not at year-end? I will have to research this event and get back to you.)

AMERICA CALLS ON IRAN TO END ITS INTERFERENCE IN IRAQI INTERNAL AFFAIRS

On Wednesday, the US State Department commented on the Iranian bombing in northern Iraq, while confirming its monitoring of the situation closely, CALLING ON IRAN TO STAY AWAY FROM ANY ACT THAT WOULD CREATE INSTABILITY IN IRAQ.

The US State Department said in a statement carried by the Kurdish "Rudaw" network, in its answer to two questions about the Turkish bombing and Iranian targeting of the borders of the Kurdistan region, "We are aware, and closely monitor the situation, and IRAN MUST RESPECT THE SOVEREIGNTY OF IRAQ." "Iran must end its interference in Iraqi internal affairs and distance itself from any act that might threaten the security of Iraq," she added.

AN AMERICAN OFFICIAL: AL-KAZEMI NEEDS OUR HELP

Marine Gen. Kenneth F. McKinsey Jr., who heads the US Central Command, confirmed that Iraqi Prime Minister Mustafa Al-Kazemi needs the assistance of the United States of America.

"Al-Kazemi has taken important steps to prevent targeting American forces in Iraq," said Junior, according to The Washington Post, noting that "the United States must remain patient while Al-Kazemi faces this challenge."
Junior added, "He (Al-Kazemi) is now negotiating a landmine," referring to the survival of the American forces.

"I think we need his help, and he just has to find his way somewhat, which means that we will get less than ideal solutions, which are not new in Iraq," added McKinsey after meeting Al-Kazemi during a visit to Baghdad.

P NEWS: US GENERAL SEES SMALLER BUT ENDURING TROOP PRESENCE IN IRAQ

(7/8/20)

WASHINGTON (AP) — Six months after a deadly American airstrike in Baghdad enraged Iraqis and fueled demands to send all U.S. troops home, the top U.S. general for the Middle East IS TALKING OPTIMISTICALLY ABOUT KEEPING A SMALLER, BUT ENDURING MILITARY PRESENCE THERE.

Marine Gen. Frank McKenzie, the commander of U.S. Central Command, met Tuesday with Iraq’s new prime minister, Mustafa al-Kazemi, and said afterward that HE BELIEVES THE IRAQIS WELCOME THE U.S. AND COALITION TROOPS, ESPECIALLY IN THE ONGOING FIGHT TO KEEP ISLAMIC STATE MILITANTS FROM TAKING HOLD OF THE COUNTRY AGAIN.

“I BELIEVE THAT GOING FORWARD, THEY’RE GOING TO WANT US TO BE WITH THEM,” McKenzie told a small group of reporters, speaking by phone hours after he left Iraq. “I don’t sense there’s a mood right now for us to depart precipitously, and I’m pretty confident of that.”

(Mnt Goat – like I said before the US should have never pulled out of Iraq in 2012 as this left a VOID which ISIS filled and then Iran after ISIS defeat. We can thank president Obama for this action and destabilization of Iraq. President Trump is only trying to fix the situation.)

PARLIAMENTARY FINANCE IS "RESENTFUL" BY THE GOVERNMENT FOR NOT SENDING THE BUDGET

Parliamentary Finance Committee, on Wednesday, expressed its strong dissatisfaction with the government for not sending the 2020 budget to the House of Representatives, indicating that the government's failure to answer the House of Representatives raises constitutional questions.

He added that his committee “fears a rift between the Finance Committee and the government in this regard,” noting that “the government’s repudiation of the lack of response about sending a budget raises many questions.”

(Mnt Goat – We have to dig deeper to see just why the government is not sending the 2020 budget to parliament. There is a reason and the FAKE news media in Iraq, as this article is, will not tell us)

PARLIAMENT FINANCE: A UNIFIED REFORM PAPER TO PROMOTE THE NATIONAL ECONOMY

Nothing is above the sound of reforms these days after the government headed by Prime Minister Mustafa Al-Kadhimi announced a reform map under the name of the White Paper.

This paper, which will be organized by the Economic and Financial Reform Act, has won popular and parliamentary praise, pending completion and submission to begin its implementation on the ground.

Bilateral meetings
As it began to be prepared, the Parliamentary Finance Committee revealed directions for meetings with responsible executives to produce visions and ideas between the two authorities to come up with a unified paper that will contribute to the advancement of the national economy.

"The solution lies in a comprehensive restructuring and reform involving all sources of oil and non-oil revenues, i.e. maximizing revenues on the one hand, and on the other hand, following up on public expenditures that do not achieve equitable distribution and must be restructured," said The Committee's Rapporteur, Dr. Ahmed Al-Saffar, in a special statement to Al-Sabah.

Prime Minister Mustafa Al-Kadhimi ANNOUNCED THAT HIS GOVERNMENT HAD PREPARED A WHITE PAPER FOR THE FORTHCOMING REFORMS, including economic, financial and administrative reforms, plans and strategies to meet the country's challenges.

Consolidated paper
Al-Saffar added that the House of Representatives gave the government 60 days to submit a comprehensive reform paper for revenues and expenditures in Iraq, noting that the Finance Committee has made several proposals in another paper, and we look forward to organizing meetings via closed television with the government TO DISCUSS THE TWO PAPERS, AND COME UP WITH SOLUTIONS TO RESTRUCTURE AND REFORM IRAQ'S ECONOMIC AND FINANCIAL SYSTEM WITHIN A UNIFIED PAPER.

Maximizing imports
The Parliamentary Legal Committee has unveiled a plan to maximize financial imports and activate the economic sector.

"The House of Representatives has given the government 60 days to present an integrated plan to address the economic issue," said Committee member Hussein al-Asabi, noting that "this plan must go in two axes: the first is a quick moment to address the current economic crisis, and the second is a strategy related to changing the policies of the previous government."

"THE STRATEGIC PLAN SHOULD FOCUS ON MEASURES TO STRENGTHEN NON-OIL REVENUES AND REDUCE THE RATE OF DEPENDENCE ON OIL REVENUES in fixed steps to reach a normal proportion like the countries of the region, which depend on oil revenues of 50% or less and have 50% of non-oil revenues," he said, adding that "THIS PLAN MUST BE FIXED IN TIME LIMITS, and be multiple, not only tax and other areas, but other economic areas."

"The state spends approximately 10 to 15 percent of its revenues on the gas and oil derivatives sectors, as well as in the trade and agriculture sectors," he said, calling for "providing security, state authority and law to provide the appropriate environment TO ATTRACT FOREIGN INVESTMENT IN THESE SECTORS, ACCORDING TO A TIME LIMIT within a general and expanded map."

Finance Committee Meeting
Meanwhile, MP Magda Al Tamimi, a member of the parliamentary finance committee, announced the intention of its committee to discuss six topics, most notably the amendment of the pension law and the benefits of holders of higher degrees.

Al-Tamimi said in a statement that she "submitted a request to the Finance Committee to discuss six important topics, which directly affect the lives of citizens to take decisive action."

She added that "the six axes include, first: the second amendment to the Unified Retirement Law No. 9 of 2014 and the detailed report submitted, second: the benefits of free lecturers, third: the benefits of holders of higher certificates, and fourth: salaries transferred to other ministries, fifth: the appointment of the first students, sixth: the addition of other axes by the members of the Financial Committee."

Al-Tamimi pointed out that the proposal to amend the pension law was submitted to the presidency of the House of Representatives and transferred to the Finance Committee last June, stressing the importance of continuing the work of the parliamentary committees and adopting technology to continue to hold regular meetings and meetings to develop solutions to the problems suffered by citizens, especially related to their livelihoods.

Al-Tamimi stressed the need to spend financial dues in time and take into account the difficult circumstances he is going through.

The committee’s rapporteur, Ahmed Al-Saffar, said in a statement to “Al-Maalouma”, that his committee “is surprised at the government's failure to respond to sending the state’s general budget for the year 2020 to the parliament.”

He added that his committee “FEARS A RIFT BETWEEN THE FINANCE COMMITTEE AND THE GOVERNMENT IN THIS REGARD,” noting that “the government’s repudiation of the lack of response about sending a budget raises many questions.”

Al-Saffar pointed out that "not to send the budget will expose the government to legal accountability."

In ending I want everyone to know your constant prayers in the fight against evil (ISIS) and now the corruption in Iraq have worked. God has guided these young men and women on the battle field. He has guided the honest, patriots of Iraq to fight for their homeland. So this new war now on our citizens is underway. New battles are raging every day over corruption. These are battles to save our societies from the corrupt politicians and secret societies who are bent on taking what they want from our current wealth and from future generations without our permission. We must keep praying for the end to the rapid corruption and enslavement of people in Iraq and also in the United States. We must pray for our leaders that they may be anointed by the Holy Spirit and guided to do God’s work. We must stand by them and let them know we are still there to support them, even after the election is over. I have composed a prayer maybe we can all pray today in our own way and until the reinstatement of the Iraq dinar occurs.

PRAYER

PRAYER

“For all leaders of all nations, that they may be anointed by the Holy Spirit to do God’s will and work to bring about abundance and prosperity to their nation. That they may listen to the Holy Spirit for guidance in fighting this war on us.

To fight this waging war on corruption, our freedoms, our liberties, socialist plans and injustice.

To bring all those corrupt to justice and pay for their crimes no matter how high up in the government or politics they are.

To end the corona virus “man-made crisis” and to awaken people everywhere of the dark side and the tools it will use to gain power and control.

That the FREE WORLD may be a shining example for the rest of the entire planet.

In the name of Jesus Christ our King and Savior, Amen”

Auf Wiedersehen
Much love to ya all,
