A lot of what has been occurring in the last few weeks has been addressed several times in the past by the World Bank and the IMF. So this is all good news that they are finally taking the steps necessary.
Iraq has a lot of work to do but certainly there is promising developments. Opening their economy, creating a private sector, an encouraging foreign investment are the key ingredients to their success under the current circumstances. They seem to be aggressively trying to fix it.
