[via Frank26] ...the meeting they had between the CBI and the Fab 4 they were discussing on how to make the IQD equal to the value of the USD. What is the value of the USD? About $1.19. So the USD is actually more than 1 dollar...that's the reason why they're not going to introduce fractional banking at the beginning and they're going to round it off to one to one. Their goal now is they are going to put the IQD on par with the USD. That's 1 to 1...the float will come in later...

That's right! One dollar is worth more than one dollar! Is that extra .19 added to every amount, or is it a proportion?

What about $0.00? Is that worth $0.19?

When I first read this I thought they were saying that the dollar is worth 1190 dinar, which would convert to 1.19 dinar to the dollar after they remove the zeros (lop). But then they said that the USD is worth more than a dollar. That's like saying that 1 > 1. I've said it for nine years now. Numbers and math mean nothing to these idiots.
