I have only been doing this Vietnam Dong currency since February. Reading some of these post is seems to me people are making this more difficult then it should be. Since February I have taken the time to go to Chase Bank and find a person that knows what is going on and I did.
And this person at Chase bank answered all my questions and I answered this person's questions. This person said they know the rate is about to change and the last thing this person said was after the rate changes before you come down to exchange it give me an hour before you come so I can get the team of people ready. And up front this person said they do not have that kind of cash on hand so we would have to write out cashier checks for you.

And this person spoke about the Dinar and said the bank will buy it back but the sanctions MUST BE LIFTED before that can happen. This person new everything about Vietnam Dong, Iraq Dinar, Indonesian Rupiah.

The Bank knows it is about to happen when it does I am going to the bank to cash in.
