MZ: There was some overnight news….i spoke with a number of contacts this morning….they are expecting them to finish all 4a payouts over the weekend. This is setting up a shotgun start for 4b/us on Tuesday. I hope this is accurate.

MZ: I had a number of bankers telling me yesterday that rates are bouncing all over the place. I took this as an excellent sign. One banker that I hadn’t talked to in months told me yesterday he thinks the currency reset is finally happening….he was very excited
