...I keep stressing this is about accounting periods. I also told you numerous times that Iraq is walking in Kuwaits footsteps. Kuwait changed their rate over the last month of the quarter in the 3rd weekend of the month...that is the period of June 21st...June 21st is the end of the third week of the last month of the quarter.
