Hi Everyone,

I bring you much news today.

I am really tired of all the bullshit intel that these idiot gurus are putting out as of lately. It is all nonsense. There is no pending RV and it is going to be some time before we see any significant changes in the dinar rate that we are looking for. Revaluing their currency IS NOT going to solve their financial crisis. Get it? The Financial committee knows it, the CBI knows it and the US and IMF knows it. So you too are an idiot if you are believing any of this crap.

How many times must I say this?

Their problems stem from CORRUPTION and from it the lack of rebuilding the infrastructure and economy as they should have been doing for the last decade. Instead all this excess oil revenue that should have been going to these efforts was stolen from the Iraqi people. Now they are paying the price. The point is will they WAKE UP and understand that they MUST make the needed changes to even just survive or will they waste yet more?

More news….

On Tuesday, Prime Minister Mustafa Al-Kazemi directed the salaries of employees for the month of May without deduction.

The official news agency quoted urgent news that "Nass" (May 19, 2020) affirmed, affirming that "the Prime Minister directed the release of salaries this month without deduction."

(Mnt Goat - But how did they do it?

Which of the 4 solutions to secure the employee salaries did they pick? Let it go and watch which solution will come out in the news later. I do not think they can afford to devalue the dinar anymore without really scaring off investors or print money, which also would be insane. Remember the parliamentary members can jibber and jabber to the news media all they want about idiotic solutions. But they do not set monetary policy for Iraq. It is the Central Bank that sets monetary policy along with concurrence by the financial committee to help implement the policy. That is how it works. So ignore all these stupid ideas that come from non-financial idiots. Yes, many of these parliamentary idiots are the same ones who go Iraq in this mess in the first place. Why would anyone want to consider their kind of options?)

We know among them was devaluing the dinar by raising the exchange rate of the hundred dollar bill to 150,000 dinars.

Al-Daradji said in a televised interview followed by Digital Media, that NRT, today (May 19, 2020), “Iraq reached one billion and 400 million dollars for the value of its oil sales last April, while it needs at least 3 billion for salaries only and this is a disaster.

There are intentions to compensate for the shortage of central bank reserves and this is a blow to the country's economy.

Then  on Tuesday this pops out…

The Kurdistan National Union deputy, Sherwan Mirza, announced on Wednesday that an agreement has been reached between Baghdad and Erbil regarding the salaries of employees of the Kurdistan region.

Mirza said, "Discussions between the provincial and federal governments are ongoing regarding salaries and several other outstanding issues," explaining that "the two sides are close to reaching a final agreement."

He added, that the Kurdistan region agreed to deliver its oil to Baghdad, and an agreement was reached on customs crossings.

To that, an informed source said in an interview with "Mawazine News" that "the agreement includes the delivery of 250,000 barrels per day to Baghdad and a percentage of the revenues of the border crossings in exchange for a guarantee of handing over salaries to the region's employees."

(Mnt Goat – So is this yet another lie or is this article the truth? Lots of misinformation and to what reason?)

More news….

On Thursday this article came out:

Shafaq News /

Iraq suffers from a financial crisis caused by the collapse in oil prices and the loss of more than 50 percent of its value due to the Corona pandemic, which has paralyzed the global economy.

Iraq relies on the proceeds of the sale of oil to finance about 95 percent of the country’s expenditures. Proceeds from the sale of oil gradually decreased in recent months to 1.5 billion dollars last April, compared to about 3 billion in March and about 5 billion in February.

A source in the Iraqi cabinet revealed on Thursday that the government resorted to BORROWING FROM THREE GOVERNMENT BANKS TO SECURE EMPLOYEE SALARIES FOR THE MONTHS OF MAY AND JUNE NEXT.

The source, who asked not to be named, told Shafaq News that “the Ministry of Finance went to internal loans from government banks to secure the salaries of employees for the May and June poetry.”

The source pointed out that “the Ministry of Finance took the financial loans from the Rafidain, Rashid and Real Estate banks after the approval of the Council of Ministers on the government’s resort to borrowing to secure the operational budget.”

Another article on this topic:

On Thursday, Minister of Planning Khaled Battal Al-Najm received the World Bank mission, and discussed with them ways to enhance national efforts to confront the Corona virus pandemic and the financial crisis.

A statement of the ministry, "People" received a copy of it (May 21, 2020) that "the Minister of Planning received the resident representative of the World Bank in Iraq, Ramzi Noman and his accompanying delegation, and discussed a number of issues of common concern, ways of strengthening national efforts to confront the emerging Corona virus pandemic, and ways The guarantor in dealing with the effects of the current financial crisis that Iraq is going through, due to the drop in oil prices. "

(Mnt Goat – So for now it appears the Iraq did not print any more currency or devalue the dinar. Instead they borrowed from 3 major banks to meet the employee salaries for May and June. Will oil prices rise fast enough to meet the July and onward salaries? Just think of all the billons of dollars waisted on corruption that they could have not to meet their debts. I hope they learned a lesson from all this corruption and finally clean it up for good and move ahead.)

More news….

The financial advisor to the Prime Minister, Mazhar Muhammad Salih, revealed, on Thursday, May 21, 2020, the existence of a supreme committee on restoring public financial engineering in Iraq.

Assurance of the salaries of next June Saleh said in a statement received to the "obelisk", that the revenue for the month of May is less than 2 trillion dinars, while the need for more than five trillion dinars only to secure salaries. Excluding the other expenses needed by the country, indicating that non-oil revenues are very few, amounting to about 100 billion dinars per month and also are not enough.

He added that the government secured the salaries of this month by borrowing from the three government banks, noting that there is a specific mechanism to secure salaries only.

(Mnt Goat – So I have to keep wondering if this entire oil drop prices is  intentional to bring down Iraq and make them realize they must cooperate with a yet bigger plan for their country? I also believe that they were told to stop sending oil revenues to Iran to circumvent the sanctions. They did not stop the corruption on their own and so their oil revenues were cut off. Now they barely have enough to survive. Lesson learned!!!! )

Member of the Parliamentary Finance Committee, Muhammad Sahib al-Daraji, proposed, on Tuesday, 4 solutions to secure employee salaries, among them raising the exchange rate of the hundred dollar bill to 150,000 dinars.

Al-Daradji said in a televised interview followed by Digital Media, that NRT, today (May 19, 2020), “Iraq reached one billion and 400 million dollars for the value of its oil sales last April, while it needs at least 3 billion for salaries only and this is a disaster There are intentions to compensate for the shortage of central bank reserves and this is a blow to the country's economy. ”

He explained, “There are some possible solutions to provide additional funds for the treasury, the first of which is not adhering to the decision of OPEC to reduce oil production and secondly to reduce the exchange rate of the dinar against the dollar and make it by 1500 dinars to one dollar and thirdly, to increase social wage salaries to create a balance in the ability to live with a fourth solution to increase salaries Minimum salaries for employees from nine to five to create the same goal. ”

He continued, "There are those who will object to the second option and say that the devaluation of the dinar against the dollar will cause an increase in the value of commodities and an increase in the cost of living.

He pointed out that "the option to increase the exchange rate of the dollar against the dinar will enable the state to print additional funds with the availability of financial cover from the dollar because its value will increase."

And between, "The current exchange rate has had a negative impact on productivity in Iraq, both agriculturally and industrially, because the value of what is imported from abroad is less than the cost of production in the country.

On Tuesday, Minister of Planning Khaled Battal Najm announced his ministry's intention to implement laws that contribute to increasing the country's imports, including the customs tariff law and the activation of taxes.

"The government is working to implement many laws that directly affect the life of the citizen, and at the same time contribute to increasing the state's imports, especially in this difficult circumstance," Petal said in a press interview with "Al-Iqtisad News".

He added that among those laws is the customs tariff law and the activation of taxes on companies operating in Iraq such as mobile phone companies and all matters related to taxes and others and include them in the federal budget law.

On the conduct of the census, the Minister of Planning stressed that "this week will see a meeting to discuss the file of conducting the census with the relevant committee to determine the details of work and its obstacles."

Petal pointed out that "the meeting will learn about the preparations reached with those committees, through which some details can be clarified regarding this file," noting that "this file needs significant financial allocations that cannot be provided at present."

Yesterday, the former member of parliament, Abdul Karim Abtan, confirmed that Prime Minister Mustafa Al-Kazemi opened the most dangerous file in Iraq, which is the file of the kidnapped and the disappeared, because the file has extensions and is linked to many things.

Abtan said that "the file of the disappeared and kidnapped is linked to the pursuit of armed groups operating outside the framework of the state, which means that it is also linked to the inventory of weapons in the hands of the state, and they are among the largest and most important files in front of any Iraqi government, as well as linked to corruption files."

Abtan pointed out that "many Iraqis have been absent by armed parties inside or outside the framework of the state without legal arrest warrants, which is a violation of the constitution and the law, and there are also some kidnappers," adding that "work must be taken seriously to reveal their fate as soon as possible."

On Sunday, the Iraqi Prime Minister, Mustafa Al-Kazemi, instructed the Ministry of Interior to use all its capabilities to uncover the fate of the kidnapped and the disappeared throughout the country.

In ending I want everyone to know your constant prayers in the fight against evil (ISIS) and now the corruption in Iraq have worked. God has guided these young men and women on the battle field. He has guided the honest, patriots of Iraq to fight for their homeland.  So this new war now on our citizens is underway. New battles are raging every day over corruption.  These are battles to save our societies from the corrupt politicians and secret societies who are bent on taking what they want from our current wealth and from future generations without our permission. We must keep praying for the end to the rapid corruption and enslavement of people in Iraq and also in the United States. We must pray for our leaders that they may be anointed by the Holy Spirit and guided to do God’s work. We must stand by them and let them know we are still there to support them, even after the election is over. I have composed a prayer maybe we can all pray today in our own way and until the reinstatement of the Iraq dinar occurs.

“For all leaders of all nations, that they may be anointed by the Holy Spirit to do God’s will and work to bring about abundance and prosperity to their nation.

To fight this waging war on corruption, our freedoms, our liberties, socialist plans and injustice.

To bring all those corrupt to justice and pay for their crimes no matter how high up in the government they are.

That the FREE WORLD may be a shining example for the rest of the entire planet.

In the name of Jesus Christ our King and Savior, Amen”

Auf Wiedersehen

Much love to ya all,
