Hi Everyone,

I bring you much news today.

It is anticipated in the next couple of months more and more places will FINALLY reopen from this scam being played out now on us over this COVID -19 continued so-called “slow” reopening.

I have told everyone a million times already don’t believe everything you hear in the news media. We do not need slow openings and this is ridiculously stupid to think this is going to make any difference. What we need is immediate action to re-open and NOW and QUICKLY everywhere.

Also, just because everyone is being brainwashed does not mean you have to fall for it. Lies and rumors work that way. Just because enough people believe it long enough and, it appears to be the TRUTH, doesn’t not make it the TRUTH. YOU must investigate and research for yourself. YOU must use the FACTS as your basis for the TRUTH, then go from there. I have presented already 5 video sets on this subject matter for you already. I don’t know what else I can possibly do to make you understand this was a hoax and huge scam played out using a nasty strain of the ordinary influenza flu.

Should you take precautions?

Of course, as normal in any flu season you should immediately wash your hands upon coming home. Watch touching your face until you cleansed your hands. Normal hot water and soap will kill it. Stay away from VERY large congested, stuffy rooms with lots of people. Watch for people who are coughing and sneezing and simply stay your distance (we don’t need red lines or foot prints on the floor to tell us this). Get plenty of rest, take vitamin C and maybe even take a eucalyptus supplement. Any supplement to help with the immune system will help. On warmer days get outdoors and take long walks in the fresh air and sun.

So, these are the normal precautions we all should have been taking anyhow all along during the winter flu season. Nothing new!

Back to the RV….

So where are we now?

We wait to hear this week what plan the emergency committee (cell) will recommend to help solve the monetary crisis. Here are the options presented to us in numerous articles so far:

1.print more dinar (large 3 zero notes) to pay the salaries (not going to happen. This is a sure path to hyperinflation. Can’t print your way out of debt);

2.use the CBI reserves to pay the salaries, good possibility this will happen in combination with #3 below;

3.work out a deal with the Kurdistan region to delay the salaries for a couple months until oil prices can rebound.

4.Borrow more money- already heard no one wants to lend Iraq money, I can’t blame them.

5.Eliminate the corruption that has caused the financial problems in the first place. Like I said before, their financial crisis is not from the drop in oil prices. Instead it is from the loss of revenues that could have been added to the CBI reserves over tie cresting a padding/buffer for hard times. But instead were funneled to Iran.

Reinstating the Iraqi dinar will not be the final solution unless they get off this system of socialism, where the government is paying 95% of the salaries to the citizens for working government jobs. They must also diversify and let the private sector create jobs. Also, they must develop these other means of income for the federal government besides oil revenue i.e. customs and tariffs and income taxes.

So, we also hope as part of the financial reform they finally decide to complete the project to delete the zeros, something that if they did it way back in 2013, would not have had all this stolen money from the currency auctions. So now they are paying the price for procrastination. I will say it again – it is hard to stop “sucking on the tit” of corruption with these currency auctions. Even the banks are lazy and don’t want to work towards other means of revenue generation. How can people even pay back loans when the GOI is always so late in paying salaries and retirement funds out? Of course, they are going to be late in making their payments on their loans.

So, you see one thing effects the other and its snowballs downhill from there. To solve the problems, you must start at the top and work your way down the list of issues. You must also address many of these other issues with Iran. There is no EASY solution. Many of the inexperienced, idiotic MPs  think “we’ll just print more money…”.  The reinstatement is at the top but unless many of these other issues are also dealt with, nothing is going to work to get them out of this crisis situation.

The spread $$$ off the auction window is an EASY profit generator for the banks. Remember too these auctions were NEVER intended to go on forever. These were supposed to be short-lived until the democracy took hold and the stability and security of the country was strong enough. This was supposed to happen before now. Could this be why the US Treasury and the IMF keep cancelling the reinstatement of the IQD? ]

Now with Al-Kazemi will things be different? Is he our third miracle? He will have to be another Donald Trump on steroids to make any difference. We just have to sit back and wait to see what happens.

But I will tell everyone that your prayers and contacting your representatives about combating the Iranian corruption in Iraq has made all the difference. I have good friends in the government and they tell me Trump was briefed on these emails, calls and texts from YOU.

YOU can make a difference! This put pressure on him too to do something. But of course, we have a president that cares so this made a difference too. We are now seeing the results with the Iranian influence slowly lessening. It is all VERY good! You should all be very proud of yourselves in what you have done for the Iraqi people!

SECURITY EXPERT: THE SITUATION IN IRAQ WILL NOT CHANGE UNLESS THE DEMONSTRATORS ESTABLISH A POLITICAL ENTITY THAT INCLUDES THEM

The security expert, Dhafer Al-Shammari, stressed that the general situation in Iraq will not change unless the DEMONSTRATORS ESTABLISH A POLITICAL ENTITY THAT INCLUDES THEM.

Al-Shammari told Al-Ikhbaria that the situation in Iraq will not change unless the demonstrators work to establish a political entity that includes them.

"This political entity must establish a security committee that can sort out the intruders WHO WILL TRY TO BE INFILTRATED TO KIDNAP THE ENTITY IN FAVOR OF THE MAFIA-MAFIA PARTIES."

"This entity should work to set criteria for who should be nominated for leadership," he said.

GOVERNMENT OF PRIME MINISTER MUSTAFA AL-KAZEMI WILL GO TO PRINT A NEW LOCAL CURRENCY IN ORDER TO PAY THE SALARIES OF EMPLOYEES

Baghdad / … Parliamentary source confirmed, Thursday, that the government of Prime Minister Mustafa Al-Kazemi will go to print a new local currency in order to pay the salaries of employees.

The source said to “Eye of Iraq News”, “This measure is one of the solutions to overcome this economic crisis that is ravaging the country, so it is necessary to find harmless solutions for future generations such as the use of cash or gold reserves in the central bank.”

He pointed out that we, “after the application of this procedure, we expect a decrease in the Iraqi dinar exchange rate against the dollar,” stressing that “this will have a positive impact on activating the industry in Iraq and not resorting to global or regional markets that provide goods to Iraq at low prices because of the high exchange rate The dinar is compared to the currency of Turkey, Iran and others. ”

(Mnt Goat – This printing of money is not good for us investors. It shows us they are not serious about completing the project to delete the zeros any time soon. First in order to do the project they will have to recollect all these larger notes all over again to bring the money supply back to levels acceptable to complete the project. We could be waiting a longer than expected timeframe for the reinstatement than we hoped. Let us pray they do  not do this printing of more currency.)

EMERGENCY CELL TO BE FORMED TO REVIEW FINANCIAL REFORM TO MANAGE THE CURRENT FINANCIAL SITUATION AND FIND THE REMEDIES AND SOLUTIONS TO OVERCOME THE COUNTRY'S COMPLEX ECONOMIC CRISIS

In the second session of the new Cabinet, the formation of the emergency cell for financial reform was formed to manage the current financial situation and find the remedies and solutions to overcome the country's complex economic crisis for the known reason, which is the decline in oil prices due to the coronavirus, which has engulfed all science countries and led to economic stagnation and affected most of the economies of the countries and the slowdown in growth of the world economy.

Based on the bold decisions taken by the new government at the beginning of its journey, it is incumbent upon us economists and financial experts to support and COOPERATE WITH THE GOVERNMENT IN IMPLEMENTING ITS PLANS FOR ECONOMIC AND FINANCIAL REFORM.

So, we propose to the EMERGENCY CELL FOR FINANCIAL REFORM TO STUDY A PACKAGE OF URGENT AND IMMEDIATE REMEDIES that can be implemented quickly and strategic solutions that need a period of time beyond one year, which constitutes the ground for comprehensive and radical reform policies.

(Mnt Goat – the rest of the article did not translate very well but there were 9 pillars of reform listed. One of which was and I quote – “Fourth, securing the amounts allocated to the reform decisions committed by the outgoing government to implement the demands of the demonstrators.” We know one of these demands is to eliminate the currency auctions. Back in 2019 the CBI said they are working on it and will get it done. They said this to satisfy this demand. This is still underway. At this time the CBI said they only needed a newly formed, stable government and the protesting to stop in order to complete it.)

HARD TO GET OFF “SUCKING THE TIT” OF IRAQI CURRENCY AUCTIONS

The central bank is still continuing with its daily auction TO FINANCE IMPORTS DESCRIBED AS MISERABLE AND FICTITIOUS THROUGH THE AUCTION PROCESS of banks most of which did not practice credit or consider general economic interests.

Banks that are less than they are said to have been founded to live on the currency auction and to be more like offices for financial transfer are closed most of the time to citizens and carry signs for the names of banks, but they do not practice their banking work.

According to financial experts, the rate of what the Central Bank sells annually to finance private sector imports exceeds forty billion dollars, which is a large amount compared to what Iraq imports, which does not exceed thirty billion dollars annually. Experts see that the auction has become a place for the profits of banks and out of the hard currency to import some of them are fake By offering some documentary credits, some banks claim that business deals are covered.

Economists say that millions of dollars go out every day through the central bank’s auction to import goods and merchandise that flooded the market and harmed local production, and that many private banks in Iraq moved away from credit because of poor returns from it and thus went to get their share of the central auction.

A large number of financial policy specialists opposed the currency auction, which they considered a waste of public money in this circumstance if it was not organized and employed in a way that serves public and economic interests.

On the other hand, DEPUTIES DEMANDED THAT THE GOVERNMENT SHOULD STOP SELLING THE CURRENCY AT AUCTIONS AT THE CENTRAL BANK, others asserted that Iraq is losing big money due to its daily smuggling out of the borders.

GOVERNMENT IS CONSIDERING REDUCING THE VALUE OF THE DINAR AGAINST FOREIGN CURRENCIES

A source close to the office of the Iraqi Prime Minister revealed that the government is considering reducing the value of the dinar against foreign currencies, as part of measures to confront the financial crisis caused by the drop in oil prices and the repercussions of the spread of the new Corona virus. According to the newspaper, "The New Arab."

The source said, according to the newspaper, "The options available to Prime Minister Mustafa Al-Kazemi are mostly difficult, but there are serious dialogues with advisers and economic experts, and during the past days, several options were reviewed to address the financial crisis, including external borrowing or the devaluation of the dinar."

He added: "There are also other options, including offering state factories and public properties for investment or sale, and printing the currency, but these will be the last options."

He continued: "All options presented have major problems in the long and medium term, but the alternative is the inability to pay the salaries." He pointed out that in the short term he will rely on the monetary reserve for a few months, while taking a series of austerity measures unprecedented at the state level.

The current crisis is the biggest challenge for the new Prime Minister’s government, as Iraq is one of the “mono-economy” countries, because it relied on about 94% of oil sales revenue to provide salaries of employees and retirees of about 4 trillion dinars per month (about 3 billion dollars) at a time that did not reach Oil revenues have only about 1.4 billion dollars last April, according to official data.

(Mnt Goat – So how much lower can they reduce it? It is already 1/8 of a penny….! How can all these so-called gurus (like Bruce) tell everyone it has already reinstated and is revalued. I don’t get this nonsense.))

PARLIAMENTARY SOURCE CONFIRMED, THURSDAY, THAT THE GOVERNMENT OF PRIME MINISTER MUSTAFA AL-KAZEMI WILL GO TO PRINT A NEW LOCAL CURRENCY IN ORDER TO PAY THE SALARIES OF EMPLOYEES.

The financial advisor to the Prime Minister, Mazhar Muhammad Salih, had determined, on Wednesday, the loan disbursements that the government intends to request from home and abroad.

Saleh said in a press statement, “The government submitted a draft law to Parliament in order to authorize it to borrow from internal and external financing sources, in order to bridge the deficit and enhance public financial liquidity when necessary.” And, “The borrowing came because of the financial hardship that the country is going through, and in order to bridge the revenue deficit gap against fixed expenditures, especially in the operating budget.”

He added, “The legal cover did not provide the government with internal and external borrowing, due to the lack of a federal budget law for the year 2020.”

He pointed out that “internal or external loans will be included in the event of legislation for the budget for the year 2020 or its alternative the final account at the end of the fiscal year (as a reality).”

Saleh said, “External loans will go toward supporting investment projects and completing the stalled ones and the urgent need to launch them, while internal loans will be allocated towards the operational budget in the government’s needs for insurance of salaries and others.”

It is mentioned that the Iraqi Council of Ministers approved the draft of the domestic and foreign borrowing law to finance the fiscal deficit for the year 2020 and refer it to the parliament in accordance with the provisions of the constitutional articles.

PARLIAMENTARY FINANCE: WE WILL APPROVE THE BUDGET WITHIN TWO WEEKS IF IT ARRIVES FROM THE GOVERNMENT

Member of Parliamentary Finance Committee Jamal Kujer announced, Thursday, that Parliament is in the process of approving the federal budget for the year 2020 within two weeks if it reaches the House of Representatives.

"The current government is similar to a daily caretaker government unless the parliament approves the budget as soon as possible," Cougar said in a statement to "Information", noting that "work is underway with Law 12/1 for the year 2019 to not pass the 2020 budget."

He added, "The budget for the current year is an austerity budget, operational and its doors are fixed, not exceeding only the low oil prices, the Corona crisis and the employees' salaries."

Cougar pointed out that "approval of the budget is the only opportunity through which to overcome the status quo."

MEMBER OF PARLIAMENTARY FINANCE SUGGESTS THAT THE GOVERNMENT WILL RESORT TO A "MONTHLY" BUDGET DUE TO THE OIL PRICE CRISIS

Member of the Parliamentary Finance Committee, Siham Al-Aqili, SUGGESTED THAT THE GOVERNMENT OF PRIME MINISTER MUSTAFA AL-KAZIMI SHOULD RESORT TO A MONTHLY INTERIM BUDGET due to the repercussions of the crisis in the oil price decline on the country.

Siham Al-Aqili said, in press statements, that the cabinet’s approval of the need to pass the budget law will prompt the Ministry of Finance and the concerned authorities to EXPEDITE THE PREPARATION OF THE BUDGET DURING THE NEXT FEW DAYS.

She added that THERE IS A HIGH POSSIBILITY THAT THE NEXT BUDGET WILL BE INTERIM, that is, monthly due to the crisis of falling oil prices in global markets, noting that it is difficult to prepare an integrated budget in light of volatile oil prices.

(Mnt Goat – This is not very good for us. This means they will work on the 1/12 budget formula. They will never open a 2020 budget if they do this.)

WILL MUSTAFA AL-KADHIMI SAVE IRAQ?

There are a few signs in Baghdad that seem to suggest change is in the air. For example, A GIANT MURAL NEAR BAGHDAD INTERNATIONAL AIRPORT OF IRANIAN GEN. QASSEM SOLEIMANI, CLOSE TO THE PLACE WHERE HE WAS KILLED BY A US DRONE STRIKE IN JANUARY, HAS BEEN REMOVED.

(Mnt Goat – Why would Iraq even put up a giant mural of Soleimani the leader of terrorists anyhow? Do you get my point? This shows just how strong the Iranina militia really are.)

In addition, security forces raided the headquarters of the Tharullah (God’s Revenge) party in Basra, which is openly loyal to Iran and had been threatening Iraqi protesters and Americans.

The new development in Iraq that led to these actions was the election of Prime Minister Mustafa Al-Kazimi. The majority of Iraqi factions and regional powers, as well as the US and Russia, seem to agree that, this time, Baghdad has a leadership they can work with.

His rise in the Iraqi political arena coincides with the start of the countdown to the US presidential election, the result of which will have a decisive effect on Iran and its relationship with other countries in the region, including those in the Gulf.

AL-KAZIMI’S MOST DIFFICULT TASKS WILL BE TO SAVE IRAQ FROM TEHRAN, which wants to control its neighbor, and to steer his country away from the dangers resulting from the US-Iran conflict. This escalated after Washington revealed Tehran’s intention to cause political and security chaos in Baghdad. Soon after, the US assassinated Soleimani, Iran’s most prominent military leader, and several militia leaders, which was followed by an escalation of protests against the American military presence in Iraq. This was the highest level of confrontation on Iraqi soil.

Soon after Al-Kazimi was confirmed as prime minister, the US government announced that, as an exception to its sanctions, it had given Iraq permission to buy oil from Iran. The move was designed to encourage the Iranians to curb their disruptive activities in Iraq.

However, Al-Kadhimi inherits the same problems that faced his predecessors, Haider Abadi and Adel Abdul Mahdi. IRAN HAS INFILTRATED IRAQ’S SECURITY, MILITARY AND RELIGIOUS INSTITUTIONS. Sectarian and regional rifts have grown and corruption has increased. Government fiscal deficits have multiplied as a result of the collapse in oil prices and the recent street protests, which could return at any time.

The new prime minister needs to build public confidence in the government and secure the cooperation of parliament to meet the demands of demonstrators. HE WILL ALSO HAVE TO QUICKLY CONTROL THE MILITIAS AND “RESTORE PRESTIGE TO THE MILITARY AND SECURITY INSTITUTIONS,” as he himself said on Tuesday.

The list of expectations among Iraqis is a long one, and it will be no less difficult for him to meet the expectations of regional and international powers. The resolution of Iraq’s crises will help the region emerge from a world of chaos.

Abdulrahman Al-Rashed

However, what Al-Kadhimi has in his favor, which puts him in a better position than his predecessors, is that he came to power without a history of prior feuds or disagreements. His relationships with all sides, including warring parties, are good.

This places him in a good position to move forward in the next few months by taking advantage of this goodwill, and the WILLINGNESS OF MOST POLITICIANS TO COOPERATE WITH HIM, TO FREE IRAQ FROM THE IMPASSE IT HAS BEEN STUCK IN FOR YEARS.

THE AUCTION IS A DRAIN FOR HARD CURRENCY

It seems that the continuation of the central bank by its daily auction to finance imports described as miserable and fictitious through banks, some of which have never practiced credit work ... will sooner or later lead to the depletion of hard currency, especially with low oil prices, which is the main financier of the bank's reserves of this currency, which appears to be it dissipates at a difficult time, experts said.

Banks, to say the least, were established to live on the currency auction and to be more like offices for financial transfer. Most of their doors are closed to citizens and they carry banners for the names of banks, but they do not practice their banking activities.

The auction is a drain for hard currency

Financial expert Mohamed Al-Khuzai said in an interview with Alsumaria News that "the average of what the Central Bank sells annually to finance private sector imports exceeds $ 40 billion, which is a large amount compared to what Iraq imports, which does not exceed $ 30 billion annually," noting that "the drop in oil prices significantly It will inevitably lead to a depletion of hard currency. "

Al-Khuza’i added that “the auction has become a place for profit for banks and out of the hard currency for imports, some of which are fictitious, by providing some banks with forged documentary credits on the pretext of covering commercial deals.”

Al-Khuza’i pointed out that “some banks obtained a license to practice the profession without checking the eligibility of these banks, which completely refrained from practicing their credit work, while their only work was limited to participating in the currency auction.”

Expert: The contribution of banks to development is less than 13%

Economist Dhargham Muhammad Ali said in an interview with Alsumaria News that "the contribution of the banking sector in Iraq is still 13% less by indicators of financial inclusion that place the local banking sector in the tail of the sector in the Arab world and in a late world ranking according to World Bank indicators and despite raising the percentage of financial inclusion after Localization of salaries, but it is still much less than expected. "

He adds that "private banks in Iraq do not have real development, but are a consumer sector similar to the rest of the sectors in Iraq, where they moved away from the credit development role and went to trade in currency and give limited loans with high benefits."

And Ali points out that "the large increase in the number of private banks without real economic feasibility is offered in a way that cannot be doubted that their establishment came against the background of auction profits and not the practice of regular banking activity," noting that "until now the percentage of private banking system participation does not exceed 15% Of the total volume of deposits in the Iraqi banking system. "

"Miserable" goods import

For his part, the economic expert, Adel Mohamed Said, considered in an interview with Alsumaria News that "MILLIONS OF DOLLARS ARE RELEASED DAILY THROUGH THE AUCTION CONDUCTED BY THE CENTRAL BANK TO IMPORT GOODS AND GOODS THAT ARE NOT USEFUL AND DESCRIBED THEM AS" MISERABLE ", NOTING THAT" THESE GOODS FLOODED THE MARKET AND HARMED LOCAL PRODUCTION. " .

Saeed adds that "a lot of private banks in Iraq have moved away from credit work because of the low return from it, and therefore have gone to get their share from the Central Bank of Iraq auction, which keeps them away from their banking competence and makes them closer to the banking offices."

Saeed calls for "the central bank to re-check the licenses of these banks and seriously stand on the ability of these banks to operate banking and finance imports of goods and goods for the benefit of the citizen."

The Central Bank of Iraq sells the dollar to private banks and money transfer companies through an auction that it conducts daily at an amount of 150 million dollars, which increases these numbers or decreases according to demand by these banks, which affects in one way or another the reserves of the Central Bank of Iraq, which was significantly affected recently. As a result of the lack of symmetry between what he gets from the dollar and the auction sale process.

A LARGE NUMBER OF FINANCIAL POLICY PROFESSIONALS OPPOSED THE CURRENCY AUCTION, WHICH THEY CONSIDERED TO BE A WASTE OF PUBLIC MONEY in this circumstance if it was not organized and used properly to serve the public and economic interests and led to the conversion of hard currency out of the country.

It is noteworthy that the frequency of accusations escalated regarding the currency smuggling operations that cast a shadow over the selling prices of the dollar in the local markets and led to an increase in its exchange rate a few months ago. Significant money from being smuggled daily out of the border.

IRAQ IS CONSIDERING CUTTING THE DINAR AS DIFFICULT OPTIONS TO FACE THE FINANCIAL CRISIS

(Mnt Goat – printing and distributing more hard currency will devalue the dinar. You can’t print your way out of debt. I cringe when I think that Iraq is actually considering this option. Remember also they are just considering it and nothing is yet decided).)

In ending I want everyone to know your constant prayers in the fight against evil (ISIS) and now the corruption in Iraq have worked. God has guided these young men and women on the battle field. He has guided the honest, patriots of Iraq to fight for their homeland.  So this new war now on our citizens is underway. New battles are raging every day over corruption.  These are battles to save our societies from the corrupt politicians and secret societies who are bent on taking what they want from our current wealth and from future generations without our permission. We must keep praying for the end to the rapid corruption and enslavement of people in Iraq and also in the United States. We must pray for our leaders that they may be anointed by the Holy Spirit and guided to do God’s work. We must stand by them and let them know we are still there to support them, even after the election is over. I have composed a prayer maybe we can all pray today in our own way and until the reinstatement of the Iraq dinar occurs.

PRAYER

“For all leaders of all nations, that they may be anointed by the Holy Spirit to do God’s will and work to bring about abundance and prosperity to their nation.

To fight this waging war on corruption, our freedoms, our liberties, socialist plans and injustice.

To bring all those corrupt to justice and pay for their crimes no matter how high up in the government they are.

That the FREE WORLD may be a shining example for the rest of the entire planet.

In the name of Jesus Christ our King and Savior, Amen”

Auf Wiedersehen

Much love to ya all,
