I bring you much news today.

WOW! Almost made it through April and it’s the year 2020 and we sit with still no reinstatement of the Iraqi dinar. This comes at a period of crisis, yes it seems Iraq is always in a crisis. This is why I keep reiterating that in 2012 thru early 2013 Iraq had an unprecedented opportunity to complete the project to delete the zeros and reinstate the currency.

But what happened?

CORRUPTION, CORRUPTION and more CORRUPTION!

This path of CORRUPTION still prevails and hinders Iraq of any real progress.
It is found that over 100 billion US dollars has been stolen from the Iraqi people since 2013 and this is from the currency auctions mostly. We are not even counting the loss of funds from the Customs and Tariff program where the money never makes it into the federal coffers. Revenue from Customs and Tariffs along could sustain the Iraq economy and rivals the oil revenues.

But Iraq has to go out and borrow over 50 billion for the 2020 budget?

If Iraq could get even half the citizens off the socialized government payrolls and into the private sector this would mean much more funding available towards rebuilding the military, housing, streets, hospitals, schools, shopping areas, energy and agricultural independence from Iran. I know this may seem hard to believe but image if Iraq could implement all these things. Oh – I want to add in the oil revenue as a secondary source of revenue and not a primary source to the federal government. Imagine the wealth!

But Iraq has to go out and borrow over 50 billion for the 2020 budget?

But instead the political corruption is all about filling their own pockets, living in the own large comfortable homes, eating good foods and driving their fancy Rolls Royce’s and BMWs and not about service to the nation of Iraq. It is a ‘free for all” and a bonanza for those crocked enough not to care for national identity and hope for their own people. This is what politics is now all about? We see too in the USA and even in many European countries. Just remember this – God rewards those who live to serve others not to have others serve you!

So, Iraq has to go out and borrow over 50 billion for the 2020 budget?

FAILURE OF AL-KAZIMI TO GAIN PARLIAMENTARY CONFIDENCE COULD MEAN SALIH, TO ASSUME THE PRIME MINISTER POSITION BY DEFAULT AND THEN DISSOLVE THE HOUSE OF REPRESENTATIVES

Legal expert Ali Al-Tamimi confirmed, on Sunday, that the failure of Prime Minister-designate Mustafa Al-Kazimi to gain parliamentary confidence compels the President of the Republic, Barham Salih, to assume the presidency of the government and then dissolve the House of Representatives.

Al-Tamimi said in a statement to "Information" that "Article 76 of the Constitution allowed the President of the Republic to assign the candidate of the largest bloc to head the government the first time, and then assign another person in the event of the government’s resignation or dismissal, and in the third case all the paragraphs of the mandate article are exhausted."

IRANIAN REVOLUTIONARY GUARD: WE PLANNED TO ATTACK 400 AMERICAN TARGETS

ARE THE IRAN / IRAQI BORDERS REALLY REOPENING?

ECONOMIST: IRAQ NEEDS 54 TRILLION DINARS IN THE NEXT EIGHT MONTHS

The financial advisor to the Prime Minister, Mazhar Muhammad Salih, confirmed on Tuesday that Iraq needs 54 trillion dinars during the next eight months.

Saleh said in a press statement, "One of the current scenarios to address the financial crisis is to give salaries only with some necessary expenses, such as medicine, and we need 54 trillion dinars during the next eight months."

He added that "Al-Kazemi told the Shiite leaders who were present at the meeting that he would apologize for the assignment, because of the size of the pressures and political demands he faces, and that he does not want to face the same fate as the former commissioner, Muhammad Tawfiq Allawi, and his failure to obtain the confidence of the House of Representatives."

He pointed out that "Al-Kazemi informed the Shiite forces that he would make some amendments to the candidates for the cabinet, and IN THE EVENT THAT ANY POLITICAL BLOC OR PARTY OBJECTED, HE WOULD WITHDRAW FROM THE ASSIGNMENT WITHOUT HESITATION."

The source added that "the ministerial cabinet presented by Al-Kazemi represents the parties' abdication and in response to the wishes of the political blocs."

There is still very strong talk (outside of the mainstream news media) that Allawi may still fill the prime minister position as he is the best candidate and fully supported by Mutada Al-Sadr. Remember Sadr won the 2018 election and it’s the reform party that gets to pick the new prime minister not the Iraqi Shiite political blocs. We will see what happens in the last days of Al-Kazemi 30 days period. Yes, this will go down to the wire again and not be decided prior to the final days,,,so relax…lol..lol..

My opinion: Al-Kazemi will fail and back out (another one down), president Saleh will take over and assign Muhammad Tawfiq Allawi as the new prime minister. Saleh will then dismantle parliament and hold re-elections. He will have the power to do so according to the constitution and will use it. Enough is enough! Just like in the US with the democrat party time will dismantle it as it falls over its own stupidity so is the Iraqi Shiite political blocs as soon it too will be a thing of the past. Enough is enough! )

ERBIL, Kurdistan Region – Iraqi Shiite political blocs have rejected all the names on Iraqi Prime Minister designate Mustafa al-Kazemi’s proposed cabinet list, according to a senior member of al-Hikma Shiite political coalition.

Rahim al-Aboudi of al-Hikma, a coalition led by Ammar al-Hakim, told Rudaw late Friday that a meeting was held at the house of Hadi al-Ameri, the head of Fatih coalition, which resulted in the rejecting all the names on Kadhimi’s proposed cabinet list.

I looked at a period of time before a study prepared by the Central Bank on this issue and after scrutiny in this matter and many discussions with experts and specialists and I believe that Iraq needs such economic solutions at the present time I thought that I clarify a realistic point of view may contribute to the crystallization of a specific opinion among the decision-makers in this matter.

In normal circumstances, this type of solution must be the last drug. Unfortunately, the country's economy is mismanaged, the absence of economic doctrine, the continued dependence on oil as a single source, and the exploitation of the economy as an electoral tool that has led to a near collapse in the economy whenever the price of oil decreases, and the failure of successive governments to support the product the industrial and agricultural patriotism prompted the specialists to resort to this kind of thinking.
I may agree with the study conducted by the Central Bank on many points that talk about the need to find other economic solutions other than reducing the value of the Iraqi dinar, but through experience and extrapolation of the Iraqi political situation I do not see on the horizon any ability of the owners of the solution and the contract to bring about a fundamental economic change because of the lack.

To truly understand the problem in Iraq and look at it from a single perspective, which may be factional, partisan, or personal. Conclusions:
In the end, gradually reducing the value of the dinar will have positive effects on the economy of the country, from which it can be taken advantage of, and other negative things that must be taken in advance to avoid them so that the gross product will be positive for the national economy and to avoid the expected economic shock.

1- Encouraging the local agricultural and industrial product.

1 - STOPPING THE CURRENCY AUCTION TO MAINTAIN THE HARD CURRENCY INSIDE THE COUNTRY AND THAT THE DOLLAR AND OTHER FOREIGN CURRENCIES ARE SOLD AND TRADED DIRECTLY IN THE CURRENCY MARKETS OR THROUGH THE STOCK MARKET, IN ORDER TO GET A REAL PRICE OF THE IRAQI DINAR AGAINST THE AMERICAN DOLLAR, and that the guarantor of the prices is the value of the available reserve The Central Bank of Iraq has hard currency.

2- Setting an import platform, stopping some imports, controlling customs outlets, supporting the tax system, and exempting the local product from income tax for a period of two years.

(Mnt Goat – Did I hear them say to “controlling customs outlets, supporting the tax system” ?)

3- Building the budget on a fixed oil price for the operational budget and moving to the investment budget, directing the budget to salaries, purchasing the ration and medicines, and sterilizing water and the educational process only.

4- Delaying the dues of oil companies or paying them in kind outside OPEC's share.

5- Selling oil coupons locally, at the prevailing price now, and buying them a year later at the prevailing price then.

6 - Increasing nominal salaries by 10 percent, reviewing high allocations to achieve social justice, and increasing salaries of the social protection network by 12 percent

7 - The state imports commercial foodstuffs into the market and injects it into the ration program in the event of high prices. And activating the role of economic security and entering the competent government agencies to control the cash rhythm in the currency market and the markets for the sale of foodstuffs.

8 - Supporting fuel for transport and factories and giving high relative importance to industries food.

9 - Pumping a hard currency to the exchange markets to maintain the price level of the Iraqi dinar, preventing the price from slipping so that its decrease exceeds 30 percent within two years.

10 - The Ministry of Finance issues the e-dinar for the purpose of collecting government revenues and fees due and what distinguishes them from being non-negotiable in the market as cash and thus we have reduced corruption in this aspect as well as the state's knowledge of the value of those imports quickly to be issued by a government bank and not through companies

We must keep praying for the end to the rapid corruption and enslavement of people in Iraq and also in the United States. We must pray for our leaders that they may be anointed by the Holy Spirit and guided to do God’s work. We must stand by them and let them know we are still there to support them, even after the election is over. I have composed a prayer maybe we can all pray today in our own way and until the reinstatement of the Iraq dinar occurs.

“For all leaders of all nations, that they may be anointed by the Holy Spirit to do God’s will and work to bring about abundance and prosperity to their nation.

To fight this waging war on corruption, our freedoms, our liberties, socialist plans and injustice.

To bring all those corrupt to justice and pay for their crimes no matter how high up in the government they are.

That the FREE WORLD may be a shining example for the rest of the entire planet.
