The number is consistent with these other numbers [484.79] except for it by accident somebody put a comma [462,830] here instead of a period. That's all that is...

...It's almost time. As a matter of fact how far are we away? 23 hours 12 minutes and a few sections away from the magical day tomorrow. Could this be the day of the rate change? Because tomorrow the ISX opens. That's right. It's closed now but by this time tomorrow it will be open and we will see if the rate change did indeed happen...

I love the way that pig ignorance is no bar to being a dinar guru. What Pimpy fails to realize is that the decimal separator is not the same all round the world. Not all countries use a point - some use a comma.

And, as Wikipedia explains quite well (I don't use that site uncritically, but here it is sound) Arab countries use their own character - which looks like a comma (but isn't actually).

In the Arab world, where Eastern Arabic numerals are used for writing numbers, a different character is used to separate the integer and fractional parts of numbers. It is referred to as an Arabic decimal separator (٫) (in hex U+066B) in Unicode.
