  [...does Iraq need a government before they see the RV?]  My thoughts are that they will not be able to have a stable government without an RV…once they have a stable monetary system…the government will happen very quickly.




My bankers had told me not to look for anything until after Tuesday and now my folks at one redemption center said they are supposed to have their center ready by Friday at the close of business. So maybe that’s a clue?  Possibly…hopefully…but, everything needs to be ready with gloves, masks exchange provisions.
