 More than a thought, what the IMF would be looking for, some sort of 10 year plan. 


 Ignore Kap's [Guru Kaperoni's] claim that "most currencies around the world already float so they are priced by supply and demand". Less than 50% of the world's currencies are on any kind of float, and most of those are on a "managed" float, certainly not "managed" by supply and demand.
