   [Question:   You don't think that this level of price drop endangers an RV? Hard to believe that Iraq could come out at a decent rate with this sort of price plunge on oil.]  I see it pushing the financial crisis in the middle east to a breaking point where they have to RV. They will have to make a deal with Saudi Arabia on oil prices to make that happen.
