...I get emails from people asking what rate would you get out at?  We know what they want.  At a minimum they want to get to a dollar.  Back in the day they wanted to get to $3.25...There's no way to know.  That's why I suggest that it's very important that you know what you want.  You got to buy a house.  You want to pay off your house.  What are you gonna do?   That will give you your best measuring stick that you need to be able to exchange and at what rates...we're speculating on a real opportunity...
