 The way that you do that is stopping your auctions...IMO what Donald Trump did with the central bank of Iraq just recently was to give them a time-frame that specified a date with a "no later than " end date...

there is only one problem with trumps end date. trump gave it to Iraq but it should have been to iran which calls all the shots thru the iraqil/ irian goi. so instead of raising the value of the dinar they raised the amount of money thur the auctions to iran
