Baghdad - news

A member of the Parliamentary Finance Committee, Ahmed Al-Hajj, confirmed today, Thursday, that the Iraqi government should not aggravate the problems with America, in order to keep the Iraqi people away from the economic blockade.

Hajj said in a tweet on his personal page on Twitter followed by "Al-Akhbaria", that "the meeting of the Finance Committee today was very important and discussed what the government should take to move away from the time problems with America."

He stressed that "we must remove the economic embargo from the Iraqi people, as they bear the lean years they endured, as described."

The head of the solution party, Jamal Karbouli, commented, earlier on Tuesday, December 31, on the attempt to storm the US embassy in Baghdad, noting that the Iraqis are well aware of the seriousness of the actions that justify imposing the siege on them and returning them to Article Seven.

Iraqi politician Majed Shankali said that we will not accept those he called "slogans" to return Iraq to the time of the siege and famine for Iran.
